Then Jamie was quick to offer many ideas. She even allowed us to take home samples and make recommendations to installers who are well qualified and as professional as they are. I would also like to say Carrie one of the owners came to our house and brought samples and took measurements. She was very professional and listened to what my wife and I had to say. Later when my wife changed somethings Carrie did it and made us feel less like we were family and made the adjustments without a hassle. Chuck, Craig and Craig have decades of professional flooring experience among them and are true craftsmen. They were very friendly, respectful of our home and treated our furniture and belongings with kid gloves. The results are the ultimate proof. Before the LVF, we had a mash up of tile and carpeting. We love that now the flooring flows so seamlessly from room to room and really opens up our entire first floor. The Carpet Company had previously laid carpeting in another area of our house and we were so very pleased with that experience. Great carpet selection and super service and installation then as well.
