I did not at any point this afternoon request a quote from this company (or any other company)while on the website as I have not moved into said house yet. I got a call at 9:30pm tonight from a number I didn't recognize so I declined it and sent to voicemail. Ten seconds later the same number calls me and I decline again. Ten seconds later the number calls me a third time so I pick up the phone thinking it must be some sort of emergency or serious situation for someone to be calling me 3 times in a row at 9:30pm. I pick up the phone and it is someone from Able Wood Floors. The representative literally says to me "Hi this is Able wood floors. You requested work on your floors or something??? Or what do you want? You know it costs me money every time I have to call you." Dumbfounded at the audacity, I explain that I was just poking around for budgeting and planning purchases and wasn't ready to hire (as I clearly indicated on the site). Given this, I said I was a little confused why someone was repeatedly calling ME at 9:30 AT NIGHT after being sent to voicemail twice to then tell me that I AM COSTING THEM MONEY for each time they're calling me. The woman's response was that "Yea well sorry about the 9:30 at night but I gotta call or I lose it with Home advisor. It's f*cking retarded. I'm about done with them I'm telling ya." After I restate I am not looking to hire right now she literally says "well when you're looking to hire keep me in mind." I AM F*CKING REELING RIGHT NOW IN DISBELIEF THAT THIS ACTUALLY HAPPENED. Yes, Abe Wood Floors, I am DEFINITELY going to hire you after you harass me on the phone at an unreasonable hour to then essentially scold me for "costing you" for every phone call. Are you calling from a pay phone? More importantly, are you high???? Thankfully, I've learned everything anyone needs to know about this joke of a company's professionalism without having to hire them and find out the hard way. Steer clear.

Let me be very clear: this company should not be trusted in your home. The installers were careless and caused visible damage to my property during installation, and instead of owning it, they completely avoided responsibility. No accountability, no professionalism--just excuses. Even worse, when I tried to address the issue, I was treated like I was making it up. There were no time-stamped photos provided to prove the damage existed prior, yet they still tried to deny everything. It's insulting and unacceptable. I was able to provide them time-stamped photos of all the damage immediately after install. Because of their negligence, I had to pay out of pocket to have a painter come back and fix the damage they caused. Why should a paying customer be stuck cleaning up after "professional" installers? This wasn't just inconvenient--it was stressful, costly, and a complete waste of my time. If you're going through Lowe's, be warned: this is the level of service you may get from their contracted installers. I expected professionalism and respect for my home and got the exact opposite. I would strongly advise anyone considering Four Seasons Carpet to go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache, the damage, and the extra expenses.

The windows came out great and looked new for about half the price of new windows. In addition the apartment was a real mess and we had to pass the inspection because the house was in the process of being sold. Mike said no problem. So I had them do the cleaning as well and the apartment passed! They even helped me with a couple of issues on the outside of the building This co really cares about their customers and the work they do. I threw him out of my house. The owner called and told the man who was painting to leave the job unless I paid the balance. They were so unprofessional and nasty. They lost a paint sample that my other company I used for different cupboards sent them and this was on the day work was suppose to start. The owner wasn't even apologetic when I expressed my disappointment. They sent one man to do the entire job. They took my door and drawer fronts to the shop and didn't finish them until the day they were coming back to place them. They promised more than one man but there was just the one man who did all the painting Jason. Ed and Mike the owner are in the 40s of 50s. Jason is only 25 and he was the most professional respectful, one of them all. If it wasn't for him, I would've canceled the whole job and got my money back. Just beware that the owner and Ed are nice as long as nothing goes wrong. If it does go wrong and you show your dismay they attack you by yelling and threatening. Imagine telling Jason to walk off the job and leave me in a mess. All because they lost the sample and then later the cabinets didn't come out totally well and needed to be touched up and they were mad at that and said if they had to touch it up I would be charged more. Ed said that to me. Then later denied it. The owner told Jason to walk off job then denied Last thing Mike did want to apologize to me but I wasn't home A year later we hade personally had to touch up spots over a dozen times. I would not have them paint your cabinets. Anything else they do I don't know.
