the windows on the house we bough had so much scale build up they looked like they had never been cleaned. I called and left a message that I wanted an estimate. my call was returned promptly. Jared showed up on time an was very professional and honest. No high pressure sales tactics. when I scheduled to have the windows done about a month later I also scheduled a house pressure wash. Jared and his helper showed up on time and worked very efficiently. they even called out for another crew with a more powerful pressure washer for the house...who showed up within an hour and there was no additional cost! my windows and house look awesome! about a week after the job I received a "thank you for your business" letter from the company (which is rare). I own a customer service oriented business and we treat every client like they matter (which they do) thank you letter included. we go the extra mile and so I expect to be treated that way and i will only hire a company who does just that. I can't recommend highly enough Brite & Clean Windows out of Rancho Mirage!! They did a phenomenal job of window cleaning, screen washing and track vacuuming. George (he should be a stand-up comic) and Tony arrived on time, were vaccinated, wore booties and masks. After doing a walk-thru they reduced their online estimate by $20.00. They were respectful to me, my home and my furnishings. They were so sweet to my dogs too. I highly recommend Tim at Bright & Clean Windows! They don't only offer window cleaning, they offer many more services. One of my favorites is the shower glass protector. It's amazing to be able to shower and never have to squeegee your shower again, the water beads up and rolls right off. Always professional, always very careful (vac all the tracks, wear booties in the house, never let water land where it shouldn't, clean screens and superb window washing.).
