The washers are brand new, environmentally friendly, fairly quick, and seemed to make my white clothing and towels even whiter, if that's possible. I put my lighter items in one small washer, the dark items in another, then used a medium-sized dryer to dry them all. I like how you can buy as much drying time as you need with the medium-sized dryers instead of wasting quarters. There is a change machine on the premises that will change up to $20 bills into quarters and an adequate amount of seating and folding tables. Perfect location as it's right near the Market Basket down the street so I can hit the supermarket after cleaning my clothes. Will definitely be back!

I do wash&fold, and not only do they manage to get the toughest stains out after one wash (light beige cotton shorts after a day of hiking in the rain anyone?), they also do an incredible job of folding everything exactly the way clothes should be folded. So now for a little over $15 I get 3 bags of perfectly folded, fresh smelling laundry, all separated by gender (no more searching for my pink socks among my boyfriend's boxers). I hope these wonderful people stay in business forever, and I'm certainly never taking my laundry any place else.

(The reason for -1 star) The reason for 4 stars is because they told me this price when I dropped it off, and because I was pressed for time and this is the only one in the area with good reviews, I went with them. Also, they got all 3 pieces done in the time they said they would. And they made my suit that was covered with weird stains look like new. You debate if it's worth the price. This is one of the few decently reviewed places in the area surrounding Lowell, so I went to it instead of others actually in the city. I'm probably gonna go somewhere else for half the price, I just have to find one that has good reviews first.

It looks like it could use a little TLC inside - it's dim and stark, and the "room" off to the side for trying on clothing for tailoring is more like a box with a sliding door. However, the woman who helped measure me and pinned my dress knew her stuff. She was very thorough and kept rechecking to make sure I had enough space. She told me my dress would be ready to pick up in one week. The price for my alteration was a little more than I anticipated ($18), but the work done was flawless. It looked like that's how it would have appeared straight off the rack and fit perfectly!
