There is a sign outside of this company that says "SAME DAY SERVICE" after calling to see when I could pick up my one shirt I was told that the sign had been up since COVID and it was no longer correct, it now takes 48 hours. Every stitch repair ive done there has come out horrible. I would rather drive 15 minutes out of the way rather than take my clothes to this company. And c'mon owner - get up and take the sign down. Tried to give this place multiple opportunities and they continue to fail. I don't post long posts very often if ever but I had to this time. The bring in before 9am and get your items back after 5pm the same day is just NOT factual. After not receiving my clothes on the same day in the past I decided to give them another opportunity ... #epicfail I brought my clothes in this past Thursday at 8:15am. 2 regular button down shirts and a pair of khakis. After being told they would be ready THE NEXT DAY AFTER 5pm. I said that didn't work, they said well what time do you need your clothes? (ummmm I need my clothes after 5pm the very same day like ur policy states) I had to leave for a business trip the next day Friday at 12pm. I told her this and she said she would call me before 12 and it would be ready. Friday comes and no call. I figured as much but wanted to see what she would say when I called. Called at 4pm on Friday and inquired why I hadn't received any calls, she then tried to blame me for not coming to pick it up??!!!! She said I thought you were going to come pick it up at 12! What??? No apologies for not having my items ready, no offer of gratitude for being a repeat customer even with the horrible experiences, no offer of credit, discount....NOTHING!!!! Horrible customer service and I won't be giving them any more chances until there is new management. If you need your clothes the same day or expect good customer service then don't come here!! read more

They are really good about getting our clothes clean. Also we use the free delivery of our clothes that they have available. Perla is also the sweetest and most caring person that works there. She always knows us as we bring in our clothes, we don't even have to give her our names she automatically knows who we are. They DESTROYED my gown !!!! Their excuse was of course that my gown was damage before BUT they didn't call me to let me know??? or told me anything when I left it at the store?? That is BS!!!! The lady that runs this place is really nice. I've gotten my suit dry cleaned, dress shirts starched, etc. and she charges reasonable prices. I just wouldn't get my clothes altered here since it costs nearly double than other places. Overall quick and convenient service. read more

The quality of their work is not any different than any other place. However, they are probably one of the most expensive dry cleaning places I've ever been to. They charge almost double the price than most stores in Richmond-Sugar Land area. I took my pants to get altered, and I got them back with threads hanging all over them. It was expensive AND not professionally done. The lady at Richmond store by Kroger was a bit abrupt with me, and when I gave her feedback about the prices, she took it a bit personally! Customer is always right - I guess not in her store. They claim to be "environmentally friendly" and yet make you print their coupons before coming in the store (isn't wasting paper environmentally un-friendly?). Instead, you should charge a reasonable price, and reward your customers when they give you feedback to improve! read more

A little more expensive than the surrounding cleaners. The woman that runs this place provides great customer service, has a smile on her face, and fantastic attitude. Definitely the reason i keep going back. Been going there for about 6 months (20 laundered shirts and15 drycleaned items per month) and they did manage to ruin one pair of pants. They solved the issue by giving me a credit for the pants. Still going, but just wish their prices were a bit more competitive. read more

I went to the Richmond TX location and dropped off a king size comforter. The manager/clerk said they had done this job many times but a release needed to be signed. I obliged and was told that it would take about 3 days for pick up. On the third day I phoned and they said not ready yet. On the fourth day I arrived and was told wait till 5pm. On the fifth day I was frustrated and stated why is it taking so long. To my surprise on the 6th day no one phoned me that the item was ready and I arrived with my comforter in complete damage. I understand when you sign a release damage can be done, but when your comforter is with holes everywhere and was almost in half that is negligence, incompetence and you should not be in business. Though i was a first time customer and told the owner that was a pity that on our first business it ends with ruins. the manager offered no compensation and only replied that all gourmets in the dry cleaning business are a risk. I said if a risk of $30 dollars will cost you a customer then why take the risk. "simply don't do comforters if you know you are not able to do them with minimal risk" Please go at your discretion, especially when the service is not done in house, it is taken to some planet who knows where!!!!!!!!!!! read more
