They do a beautiful job on my husband's shirts and pants, but I took a dress of mine to be dry cleaned which had been dry cleaned at my old dry cleaners several times before. It came back very faded. I mentioned it to the receptionist and she said she would tell the owner to check the machine. No offer of compensation cleaning. (They have a sign that states they are not responsible for fading.) The main lady that waits on me never smiles and has poor customer service training. She often speak so low I have to ask her to repeat herself. She is very helpful at the drive thru and never seems to mind, which is a plus. Sometimes I think the prices are a little high on some things, but they do a good job on most things, if you don't mind the sour disposition of the receptionist, I would recommend giving them a try. Be very careful of taking your shirts here, they damaged the top button on 5 of my dress shirts during the last 2 weeks and I will never ever use them again. The lady at the service counter doesn't even care and said it's not their fault that it keeps happening and it's the pressing machine. Customer service here is very poor and the fact that they don't care at all for damaged items. On one of the shirt they damaged last week, they put a mismatching button on. They are currently replacing buttons on 4 on my shirts and I have a feeling that it will be a poor job with bad stitching and button mismatch. 5 shirts ruined 2 weeks! read more

I just moved to Katy/Firethorne area and finding a dry cleaner that didn't charge a ridiculous amount per item was impossible. I did my research, read reviews and gave Elite Dry Cleaners a try. Love them! Price is spot on - with discount price for a big log! Winning. Customer service was great. Lady that helped me with my 1001 questions was patient and kind. Dry thru service is a major plus. Especially for picking up. Clothes were cleaned properly. Hanged and wrapped very professionally. Had a great experience. In the middle of an afternoon I dropped off 2 blazers for dry cleaning. They had them ready for me by the next day and only charged me about $11. We've been using Elite for our dry cleaning for at least 10 years. They're always polite and prompt. In by 9 and out by 5 -- or in our case with a later drop off -- tomorrow after 5 is their rallying cry. Throughout all these years we have only had a few misplaced garments which have all been somehow located within a couple of days. It's nice to work with a business that recognizes your face, and if they aren't working with another customer at the time, starts gathering your order as you walk in the door. read more

I stopped in yesterday (on a Monday) about 30 mins after they had opened & dropped off a tank top of mine that had a tear/needed to be altered. I left my contact information with the lady working the front counter. She informed me that it should be ready by Thursday, which I thought was odd. But, I didn't mind too much because I had no intention on wearing it anytime soon. A few hours passed and I surprisingly received a text stating that my tank top was ready for pick-up!! I was a little confused, but decided not to question it & just ran up there real quick. Sure enough, my tank top was fixed & ready to go!! Also, it only cost me about $5!! We used this dry cleaners for our comforter. The price was decent and I haven't even looked at the comforter yet, but the horrible customer service is enough that I will no longer patronize their business. Upon entering the building, the lady did not greet me or say anything at all. I tried to give her some time to say something, but nothing! So I said "hello!". She finally said "yes" and I told her I was there to pick up my comforter. She took the receipt went to the back then came back with the comforter, dropped on the ground, then told me the price. After I was finished paying she took the receipt and just dropped it on the counter, which is a big no no in my book. I spoke to the owner as he was coming out of the building and he apologized and seemed to take my concern seriously as he said he believes in good customer service and will speak with the employee. read more

BIG language barrier. It was very difficult to get started, let alone being a new customer. My phone number not already being IN the system was a real hardship on the receptionist. However, my comforter was beautifully cleaned and service was prompt. I'm not sure I'd recommend this place because it was SO FRUSTRATING to get started. But, they do excellent cleaning! I used to come to this dry cleaner years ago until my work changed location. The service was always excellent and great pricing. Due to a recent mishap at my replacement dry cleaner, I came back to Elite and the service is still amazing! It's literally the same owner from years ago and she is wonderful. They perform the cleaning onsite so your clothes are not shipped off to another facility. Very friendly. read more

This place is awesome! I've been using them for eight years. Even though I moved, I still drive out of the way to come here. They have a special if you bring in 5 pieces of dry cleaning, you get your shirts for $1.50. They do quality work and no one else can get my shirts pressed as neat as this place. I get compliments on my shirts quite often. They never lose my clothes and always get my stuff out the same day if you drop it off by 9am. They are adjacent to the Chevron station. read more

If you thinking about using them don't, save yourself the headache. I been with the cleaners for over 3 years and there customer service level have drop dramatically. I drop my cloths off to be dry clean and they did a poor piss job. All of the equipment and machines are causing major damage to my cloths, and could happen to you. And to top of that their fucking credit card machine did not work or couldn't get it to work. So I had to leave with out my cloths what a major inconvenience they have cause me. So I asked to speak with the owner and of course he was not there. I tried reaching him by phone and I was told he will be in at 10 AM, so I called not there. Then I was told to call back in 30 min. so I did and she stated he went home for the day, then had the nerves to hang the phone up on me.They are a bunch of morons that have no clue on what they are doing. I stood in that hot ass cleaner for 45 min for nothing. I will never use them again and if I was you I would use a difference dry cleaner, cause clearly they know nothing about customer service. read more

It cost me $8 to dry clean a dress. I'm not sure if this is too much or this is within a normal range. But they did good job though.

Do not go here. I have used this cleaner for over ten years. Recently a shirt they cleaned had something melted on it. Their attitude about trying to get this off my shirt was missing - The manager has no desire to help their customers.
