When I went to pick it up, I noticed that one section of the pleats looked like it had been steamed or pressed completely flat. As in, my pleated dress came back to me with a section of pleats missing. When I pointed it out, they said they would send it back to get it fixed. I came back to pick it up and once again, they did not fix it. The fact that they were about to let me walk out of there without telling me that the dress was ruined tells me everything I need to know about this business. I had to request to speak to the owner to find out what happened. While he was apologetic and offered to compensate me for the dress, the entire experience ruined the business for me. Be warned - they will ruin your clothes, they won't be up front about whether or not they can clean something properly without ruining it, and then they will avoid the issue unless you bring it up. My boss said your total should have been $23." So they charge you whatever they feel like. They need to have a fixed price for pants, shirts, coats, etc. Very poor business ethics. I also noticed stains on my clothes and the lady rubs it and is like "see its clean." If it was washed correctly there wouldn't be any stains in the first place. I've had better and cheaper service at other cleaners. I would seriously reconsider going this cleaner and there other locations. They have given poor service to others too.

Well pressed, medium starched clothes, plus assistance with any handiwork my clothes require from time to time. The price is very reasonable too. However the past couple of times both of me and my roommate have had a strange experience with the cloth buttons after they are returned from ironing and dry cleaning. Some clothes have buttons missing, some have button iron shadows on trousers, and strangly on some shirts the buttons crumble in the fingers when trying to push them through. Honestly I've never experienced the later in all my years with laundry services. I may have overlooked a one off experience but having been through this multiple times, and seeing my roommate have similar issues, I've been prompted to share this review.
