When I went to pick it up, I noticed that one section of the pleats looked like it had been steamed or pressed completely flat. As in, my pleated dress came back to me with a section of pleats missing. When I pointed it out, they said they would send it back to get it fixed. I came back to pick it up and once again, they did not fix it. The fact that they were about to let me walk out of there without telling me that the dress was ruined tells me everything I need to know about this business. I had to request to speak to the owner to find out what happened. While he was apologetic and offered to compensate me for the dress, the entire experience ruined the business for me. Be warned - they will ruin your clothes, they won't be up front about whether or not they can clean something properly without ruining it, and then they will avoid the issue unless you bring it up. He did a fantastic job. I had shoes that the leather straps needed repair. He redid the whole strap and put new snaps and the shoes look as good as new. His work is good, he is honest and reliable. Called at 4pm on Friday and inquired why I hadn't received any calls, she then tried to blame me for not coming to pick it up??!!!! She said I thought you were going to come pick it up at 12! What??? No apologies for not having my items ready, no offer of gratitude for being a repeat customer even with the horrible experiences, no offer of credit, discount....NOTHING!!!! I've been taking my clothes to Dry Clean Supercenter in Pecan Grove for a while. In the beginning, the service was okay. However, over the last month (maybe longer), the quality has seriously declined. I've picked up multiple items that clearly had not been properly cleaned. It honestly felt like the clothes were just placed in plastic and handed back to me. I returned one item because it wasn't cleaned at all, and when I got it back again, it was actually dirtier than when I originally dropped it off. Most recently, I dropped off a pair of pants. When I picked them up, they had a bad odor and stains that were not there before. That was extremely disappointing. Based on my recent experiences, I would not recommend this company. I truly hope they address their quality control issues so other customers don't experience the same frustration
