Had to tell the guy to re vacuum, I could still see stuff on carpets, clean the review mirror, clean the passenger side wheels (they were gray), vacuum out the back, and more I've already forgotten. My windshield still has spots on it and so does the front of my car. I'm so disappointed! They used to be my favorite full service car wash, but I will never go back there again!

Not only a car wash, but also a fueling station is included. What I found to be one of the more positive aspects of the business are their gas pricing through Waterway Fuels. I'm sure it's a draw into their wash, but it worked for me needing a fill up coming off the road. I encountered a friendly staff person who assisted me with payment of the wash and a ticket. Also, one of the aspects of the business that I've never seen at any other car wash before is a bug prep area. Again, perfect coming off the road with lots of bugs. It's an area right before you enter to scan your ticket. The prep area offers brushes, squeegees and plenty of soapy water. My ticket scanned with no issue and the wash overall was pretty good. They also offer self-serve vacuums which I skipped this time. An overall clean operation with strong service was my take away. I'm sure that I will return next time in town.

They also offer towels, a place to clean matts that aren't rubber, and some spray cleaner at each station. I was here kind of late on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy. Like most of these automatic washes it does not do a perfect job but if you touch up a few spots yourself afterwards and do the windows by hand it's not too bad. My station was out of towels though (sad face). I'm sure I'll be back because it's in the parking lot next to one of my favorite pizza restaurants.

When I was called to look at the car, I noted that the mats still looked horrible. The excuse was that I didn't pay for having them washed down. The issue, however, in my mind was that this was not even vacuumed, with bits and pieces of small sand and salt that came up with the little moisture on my fingers. Shrug.... Took the truck and due to my being late, drove off distracted. The next day, I noted that they never cleaned my touch screen, windows and mirrors had spotting and streaks, and trash was still under the seats. So much for the promise of being "Detail Driven"...
