Great little express car wash. You're usually in and out of the car wash within five minutes. The price is pretty fair I will say the only suggestion is their vacuums are not very strong and some of them are worse than others as far as strength. Hopefully they get these improved soon. read more

Went to this location while in town visiting family, paid for the highest level of wash and my Jeep was still filthy after I went through. Would definitely not recommend. The back of it wasn't even wet when I pulled through to the vacuums. read more

First time at the Tommy's Express Car Wash. I normally go to the Zips Car Wash (formerly Blue Iguana) slightly north of here. This was a better car wash. Their most inexpensive wash is $7 which now makes it $3 cheaper than Zips. This isn't strictly a price comparison. I felt the quality of the wash was better and while it still doesn't do an excellent job of drying your vehicle I don't think it whipped water around haphazardly the way Zips does. I'm sure I'll be back next time I need a wash in O'Fallon. read more

Typical automated car wash with all the rotating brushes and different levels of service selections. A bit on the high side compared to other places that provide the same levels of selection that I have used. Convenient location on K if going north and you have a nearby light for left turns. My first visit through shortly after they opened and they offered the highest level wash for about half price along with an offer for monthly service so I took the highest level wash. Likely will not do the monthly though. They did allow me to go through twice and even slowed down the conveyor in an attempt to get the bugs off but it didn't really do anything better the second time. They need to adjust the brushes so that they actually touch the car. The vacuums are a little too weak also. OK for a light wash but not convinced that they are worth the price. Might check back after they have had a chance to make some adjustments. read more

Was a rough wash. Washers bang the front side of my truck. After a month or so they broke my bug guard. That alone cost more than the washes. So not get the tire shine, it gets thrown down the side of your vehicle after you leave. You might not notice unless your vehicle is white. read more

Decent car wash and very convenient. I did leave somewhat angry today. I feel the program levels/monthly subscription is very inflexible. I have the basic car wash plan but wanted to pay cash for a one-time upgrade to the "ultimate" wash. The supervisor told me that it wasn't possible unless I paid the whole price for the wash, instead of the difference. He said there was "a reason why I paid for the basic." I can't understand why I couldn't just pay the difference since I only wanted it one time. Who wouldn't want the extra revenue? I don't want to change my subscription on this vehicle to a higher monthly category. read more
