This was my first time at this lounge, and it was a nice, relaxing time with peace and quiet before the long flight. The inside was large and spacious, and not crowded at all. They had different seatings available, from regular dining tables and chairs, lounge chairs, and counter tables facing outside. Most spots had plugs for your computers and phones, which was very helpful. We were taking a flight to Japan, and I assume there were only flights to Asia around the time since the hot food were all Asian inspired dishes. They had several drink options, such as flavored water, juice, wine, etc. They also had 2 coffee machines where you can select different kinds of coffee such as cappuccino and latte. I spent an hour in the BA Lounge today and found it to be if pretty high quality. It's not an Amex Centurion Lounge, but it's also nowhere near as low as an Admirals Club. There weren't many people in here around noon today. The light background music made it very peaceful, and they offered a good selection of food (chicken curry, chicken sandwiches, salad, several Asian selections including kimchi, desserts). There were 3-4 varietals of red and white wine, plus a champagne offering. I grabbed a quiet seat airside, looking out at the runway. The Wi-Fi was faster than I'm used to seeing in lounges, and they have a variety of seating with power outlets always nearby. I saw a QR code option to order at your seat but didn't take advantage of that. All in all, I would definitely come back! read more

This is a beautiful lounge with plenty of seating, amazing food selections, and friendly folks working to ensure passengers enjoy their visit! The cool thing about the club is that you can board an A380 directly from the club by walking to the back of the bar area. There are gate agents there to scan your boarding pass and get you boarded. They have sky bridges directly to both the upper deck and the main level of the plane! Definitely recommend checking out this lounge! read more

We used this lounge prior to our long international flight to Doha and it was later in the evening so the lounge was nice & quiet. The interior is large with different seating areas to choose from. The food and drink selection stood out to us, you can order from the QR code at your table in addition to their buffet spread. There was even a nacho station that evening we were there. We were very impressed by their food and it was perfect as we needed to have dinner. read more

Very nice lounge in Terminal E. We are here while flying Japan Airlines and are in the lounge at mid day. Varied seating, tables, bar seating, club seating. Food is very good. Chicken curry, egg rolls, breakfast items. Love the espresso machine! Decaf Cappuccino! Several jars of cookies nearby. This lounge boards directly to the plane for some flights, super convenient. Not crowded now but we aren't flying at peak departure times. Showers available here. I don't see an area for conference calls. read more

This lounge is awesome! It's a close second to the new Chase Sapphire Lounge. I got access to it by upgrading my seat ticket. You take an elevator by the E10 terminal gate and go up to level 4 to get inside. The lounge is huge with lots of nice seats and tables. There is a beautiful view of the outside that you can see from most of the lounge. The interior is sleek and elegant. The food selection is small, but includes salad, fruit, a hot buffet with soup, chicken curry, rice, asian noodles, poached asparagus, roasted salmon, and a sandwich station with small sandwiches, cheese, and deli meat. There is fast free wifi. There is free access to Pressreader so you can download articles and magazines to read on your flight. There is a bar area, beer, coffee machine, sodas, and water with lemon. The service here is amazing, once I finish a dish someone picks it up right away. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom is clean and there's also a shower area. There's also a robot that comes around that you can use to place dirty dishes into. read more

I gained access to the BA lounge when I was flying with JAL from Boston to Tokyo. The lounge is located in terminal E and has a pretty mediocre hot buffet to pick from. They don't have any soda machines or water fountains. The water is all in reusable bottles that you can pour from. I was sad to see that they only had still and did not offer sparkling. There were staff members constantly walking around the lounge to pick up used dishes and keep the place clean. It wasn't a bad place to spend an hour. However I would much prefer access to the new Delta skyclub over this location. read more

We really enjoyed our visit to this lounge...for the most part... We were flying on Japan and were told this would be our designated lounge. The space is pretty big, open, and light At the time of our visit, there was ample room for seating no no overcrowding whatsoever. There are many different types of seating to suit whatever vibe you're seeking at the time of your visit. We found a little nook around a corner that offered both privacy and a view of some planes, including ours, to allow me to keep an eye on things. The food is buffet style. The beverages, including alcohol, are also buffet style and at the time of our visit (around 10:30-11:30am) only wine and beer were available. There is a bar in the back but this was not open during our stay. The food was decent and included lil sandwiches that were about 9:1 bread ratio, small salad bar with both standard western salad ingredients as well as Asian ones like kimchi, bok choy, lo mein, and vegetable spring rolls. I was very pleased by the vegetarian options. There appear to be bathrooms with showers if the signage is correct. The BEST thing about this lounge is that you can board directly from the lounge! What a brilliant idea. The only bad thing about this lounge is that one of the employees was, less than friendly and kind. She yelled at my partner for asking what something at the buffet was and barked at her to look at the paper menu. I was scared of her after I heard this and desperately tried to avoid any interaction with her but she came over and aggressively encouraged me to look at the buffet items from the top rather than the side. Despite the hiccup with the staff, this is a very solid lounge. read more

This new British Airways lounge in Boston Logan's renovated Terminal E is a winner - and a huge huge improvement over the tiny cramped old lounge! Bright, spacious, plenty of seating, and plenty of snacks, drinks, and hot entrees. (One could well make a good dinner here and forgo the in-flight meals for extra sleep time.) If you've got access to this lounge (e.g. complimentary if Platinum/Sapphire status on American Airlines OneWorld), it's well worth a stop to cool your heels and relax before a hop over the pond. Last month, I was travelling on Cathay Pacific from Boston to Hong Kong and I was granted access to this lounge. The lounge was pretty big and had a lot of seating. It was very modern and quiet. However, the quality of the food was a bit disappointing. There was just two types of soups, cold sandwiches, baked chicken, fruit, salad and pasta. The variety of beverages was a little better with juices, tea, coffee, soda, beer and wine. It's definitely better than the lounges in the basement but I wish the food options were a bit more appealing. read more

Be aware that as our Cathay flgiht departs after the BA flight, they close the bar and kitchen at 10pm, leaving 4 bottles of wine to choose from, as well as beer, and some snacks and a few dishes, but nothing else. According to BA, this is the level of service selected by Cathay. One shower, and so competitive, be aware too, in case it's better to shower elsewhere before going there. read more

I don't have anything good to say about the person working the entrance to the lounge. I stepped into the lounge and the attendant immediately shook her head and said no before I even spoke to her. Then she proceeded to yell at me while I asked if I could of be admitted. We have status on one world and that should allow us into the lounge. I surprised my husband Michael with us upgraded to business class at the airport, and we checked out new BA lounge. He loved it and I also appreciate the new lounge before a long (14+hours!) flight. The old BA lounge used to be underground and the path to it was like a dungeon. It was just Ok... But now Yeah you British Air! You did good job on renovating the lounge! It is A LOT better. The new one is a lot more spacious and more luxurious atmosphere. And it has an amazing view of Boston city because it is sitting on the top 4th floor at new extended side of Terminal E. I visited this lounge as a benefit of our Oneworld AAward on JAL. We were traveling in business on the 787 Dreamliner and were invited to the Terraces lounge at Logan airport. While it is not The Concorde Room or Cathay's The Wing, Terraces provided a comforting place to relax and grab a bite, drink prior to a long flight to Narita. We really enjoyed the amenities, food and beverage offerings. The facilities were clean and well-kept. On the day we visited the dining area served curry, a cold noodle vegetarian dish, rice, and dumplings. They were exquisite. Then grab some cookies for dessert. Wine and spirits are also self-service, as well as soft-drinks, juices, and water. Being here is a great way to prepare for the asian adventure! Until next time! read more

This lounge is a perfectly serviceable business class lounge. It has nice bathrooms, showers, and plenty of seating options. It's nice and light, with lots of windows. Staff is great, very nice and helpful. The food is where this lounge suffers. There are lots of snacks (M&Ms, pretzels, bags of chips), but the only more substantial food available is some sub-par sandwiches and one hot option (usually curry and rice). This is a much nicer option than the other lounges in Terminal E, and certainly nicer than sitting at your gate, but it's not amazing. Come for a quiet and relaxing place to sit and enjoy a drink before your flight, but don't expect something amazing. read more

Above average for a BA Lounge. Very friendly and helpful staff and the lounge is situated close to the gate. Much of the lounge is taken up by an a la carte dinning area which is only available for use by people travelling Club or First (even if you are BA Gold / One World Emerald). As far as it goes, this is a nice lounge, albeit quite small. If you're invited, and you have the right class of ticket, you can dine buffet-style (Club) or waitress service (First). Mere mortals can partake of light snack and free alcohol. If you ask, you can get champagne too.It is usually reasonably empty, except for once when all the flights were delayed and the place was packed. The staff are always helpful.
