It all started Early 02-25=had my stalled car towed there and AAS&R gave me estimate started around…read more$2550 main thing said it was an over-stretched timing chain(~100k on my Malibu) but Vic found much more that needed doing, and then when car still was fainting on road he said it was a sensor eventually running the Bill up to around $2850 ( i may have paid a bit less as he gave some discount. I spent $157.50 at 2nd Repairer and another $107.50 at the 3rd Repairer {i now even have doubts about whether or not other of the repairs were necessary} which he has refused to reimburse me for and i reckon that his team forgot to spray the terminal with a good quality oxidation retardant after replacing it. This does not reimburse me for all of my time wasted traveling back and forth including bus rides and waiting in his office.
