I appreciate how accommodating they are. There are so many swim instructors/staff working. The staff are very warm and caring. There is a huge window/seating area to see the entire pool and my child feels reassured since he can easily see us. The facility is very clean and has many changing rooms, restrooms, hair dryers, etc. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. My almost 4 year old has been going to weekly classes for the past few months. He was very scared of the water before, but since starting the classes he is less fearful and seems to enjoy it now. Depending on the day and level, there could be anywhere from 1-4 kids in a class. Although, I wish they would cap the class to 3 kids so there is more time in the water, I still think he is learning a lot. We will see how long it takes him to make progress and will post an update.

They took to Miah like she was a magical Disney princess! She was very fun and engaging and seemed personally invested in their progress. I really couldn't ask for more from a swim class experience. Everyone on staff was kind and accommodating, they offered me water and a chair, and I got to sit as close as I wanted during swim class, which was helpful because I like to know what my girls need to work on in terms of water safety. Also worth mentioning is the fact that there is a private shower on site and a hair drying station.

All staff has been kind and helpful whenever we've had a question and had to move classes around to work with our schedule. Classes are only a max of 4 kids to each instructor. There are many classes so I'm able to get both my kids (different levels) at the same class time. Makeup classes have been easy to schedule and we have already switched our class times to fit our summer schedule better. After two classes my daughter became much more comfortable in the water. When lessons are done they get rinsed off (I wish they had actual showers) and we discuss how the class went with the instructor. When we go to the normal pool we work on those things. The only thing I wish was that older kid classes were longer than 30 min. Sometimes it seems too short of a time.

They're very good about monitoring the cleanliness of the water and have closed down if there was any contamination. We we're all very well prepared for the knowledge checks. The pool portion of the training is really a great experience. We did the Friday, Saturday class. This worked best for our schedules. It makes for a long day, but Kim was patient and professional the entire day. If you have no knowledge or experience with diving, but have a desire to learn and an open mind, this is the place to go. You will leave class confident in your abilities.
