For my last appointment I was ready to do something much more fun that I have been wanting to do for years, take it shorter and do a bright fantasy color. There was a small mix up for the booking (first time ever) and there shouldn't have been enough time to get everything done, but Blake and the team (even the owner!) stepped up to make it happen and still took great care of the other clients there. They even got me out the door in time to make an appointment I had after. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair since! I love this salon and the team, and highly recommend them. P.S. I really appreciate their policies that keep the salon a relaxing experience, it's so nice to know that every time I go there it's going to be like going to a spa instead of a carnival or daycare.
