I had centipide and huge spider issues, I had to spray they refused. Would not fix garbage disposal, said it was my fault it broke. I lived there many years w/o it. When it snows, the parking lot doesn't get plowed until maybe 3-4 days later so the ground is a crusty snowy mess. When they do finally plow they just plow it into your parking spots, which are very limited. The dumpster areas always look like a disgusting mess and don't get cleaned up. If you like to always take cold showers, this is the place for you. Had to call to have the hot water reset 3 times in one week. Right outside your apartment will never not smell like gas as well. Very trashy place.

Like most apartments at this price range.. The walls are pretty thin. You can definitely hear your neighbors.
