UNPROFESSIONAL When…read moreI first moved in I requested that if any maintenance is done even regular filter maintenance that someone in my apt be present. They said that would be no issue & work around my schedule since I work at night & sleep during the day time. We communicated about after noons where I would be awake. NOPE one day at 10am after I got off work I was in the shower & did not hear them knock at my door. Until I waked out my bathroom naked to 2 workers in my bedroom changing my filter. I complained to the front office but they all of a sudden explained to me they cannot set up time frames for someone due to how long it would take for them to go to each apt. I had to be sure the next time they came through I was dressed in my own home in case this incident happened again. CANNOT WAIT TILL MY YEAR IS UP FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL APT COMPLEX

Also, still having everyone pay for their drying machine while they throw no bones for anyone who was affected. This isn't even bad management this is just bad people. I've had stains come up that i have no idea where they came from and i know they aren't from me. I've also had a situation where the maintenance people didn't even wait for our permission to enter the apartment, and entered while i was sleeping!!!! do you know how scary that is? The maintenance also takes 1-2 months more then it should for anything to be fixed.

When it snows, the parking lot doesn't get plowed until maybe 3-4 days later so the ground is a crusty snowy mess. When they do finally plow they just plow it into your parking spots, which are very limited. The dumpster areas always look like a disgusting mess and don't get cleaned up. If you like to always take cold showers, this is the place for you. Had to call to have the hot water reset 3 times in one week. Right outside your apartment will never not smell like gas as well. Very trashy place.
