They scheduled me a follow up appointment saying they could "undo" the toner with something that would not cause damage, literally half my hair has broken off since that visit, and they toned EVEN DARKER! They left me with toner for longer than I've ever been left. And the whole ordeal ended up costing over $215, looks like shit, and has ruined my hair. Dez made it so easy, and knew exactly what I was wanting. I enjoyed her going over in detail what she was going to do before she got into it. Great communication. I even learned about the two colors she mixed to get me the nice vibrant magenta color I wanted.
