I came in happy and smiling and of course I left that way as you never know what a person is going through. I tried my best to communicate with thé cashier as it was my first time in this place and I had questions and every question was met with more and more attitude and eye rolls. The popcorn was basically not worth my time and energy with the cashier. It wasn't as fresh as popcorn at a popcorn shop should be. It doesn't appear to be busy and it appeared they make barrels and barrels of popcorn at a time so I'm sure my popcorn was more than a few days old. They do have other treats besides popcorn for those who like old school candy and current candy. I didn't indulge as I'm not a sweets person. I won't return. I'm more than SURE about this.

Then asked if I knew what I wanted to order, I responded that I wanted to taste two flavors. She didn't say anything to that, and kept sweeping for another minute. Then went back for the samples. I ordered the Parmesan garlic, jalapeño ranch and a mix of ranch and extra cheese. The mix was the best, Parmesan garlic okay, and the jalapeño cheese was not good. I'll have to toss that one. After my order another patron came in wanting a sample, and I noticed gloves were not used when they took her sample from the popcorn bin. I'm assuming one wasn't used when they got mine, either. I won't be back. Service is poor (my different flavors weren't labeled), the flavor of the popcorn is not the best, and they aren't consistently using gloves.

The way it was so beautifully merchandised & how the accent lights hit the bookshelves just called to my spirit. I took a few photos of the window display and began videoing when a man walks up with his pizza box asking if we'd like to come in and buy something He unlocked the (closed) store, turned off the alarm and allowed us to shop after hours. THIS made my night! Turns out it was the owner (Greg) and he was so warm, funny & polite! They had homemade TX fudge and lots of cute knickknacks, decor & even holiday gift treats already!! I can't wait to patronize this place again once daylight hits but it was just so refreshing to receive such courteous, intentional & delightful service. That is how you operate a business (not just for profit, rather for people). Please check them out & support so they're around for many years to come!

This is the cutest little market. Had no idea they existed until I tried the dill garlic and…read morepickled okra at a friend's house. I noticed they had like 6 or 7 jars with the farmers delight logo in their fridge, so I googled it and figure out it was a little actually a little farmer's market. I went and spent about 40 bucks. I got the dilled garlic, mild quail eggs, ginger beets and pickled okra. They had so many different things do try. I had to stop myself..lol I also bought some sea moss. I grabbed a fork on my way out and took a like taste of all of them except the sea moss, before I left and did my happy dance, like Winnie the pooh. Yummy yummy. I saw fresh fruit, veggies, a variety of nuts, a couple frozen and refrigerated entree options and snacks, and some plants. My friend was waiting in the car, so I had to do a quick walk through. But I really like this place and all the associates were very nice and pleasant. I'll be back and definitely recommend 10 out if 10.
