They do have private rooms for services like waxing, facials, and henna, but brows happen right out front. As soon as I sat down, she started the service. I would have appreciated a quick check in about how I like my brows shaped, but she was gentle, took her time, and the end result was totally fine. Not life changing, not disappointing, just exactly what I needed for a clean up. The price matches the experience which I appreciate because it is affordable and predictable. This is not a spa style brow experience. Nobody is offering tea or turning down the lights.
