Found this place on Groupon and they had such fantastic reviews, I decided to give them a try. I bought the package of 3 and one for my bf to try out. First off, the business is around the building of the parking lot. There is no backdoor so just be aware of that. The waiting room is small but they do offer self served coffee which is nice. If you're a new client be aware that you MUST arrive early to fill out paper work. If you arrive right on time and fill your paper work out, they will take that time off your service. My first facial was fine. She spent about 45 mins on me (I arrived early and filled out my paper work on time but they were the ones running behind & my time got docked if because of it). The esthetician was skilled though and I did feel very relaxed and taken care of. One thing was that in the middle of the service she had to leave the room to get a machine from another room. Making an appointment here is a nightmare though! You can call and you'll get sent to voicemail, which is full by the way! I called multiple times over a two day span and no one was able to answer my call. I also texted which no one replied to BUT they did read it which I thought was extremely rude. I even emailed and I never got a response back! Finally I had to go in person to make an appointment which was a very big inconvenience for me. If I didn't buy the package or I could get a refund on my Groupons, I wouldn't come back to this place. The customer service is terrible. read more

I had purchased a groupon for a Brazilian sugaring. I came in on Friday afternoon and Claudia helped me out. She definitely knew her stuff. She asked the normal questions like when's the last time you been waxed. She also gave me a lot of information about ingrown hairs and suggest which product to buy from Target/ Walgreens. I felt like I was in good hands. Even after the sugaring session I noticed that my skin was very and is still smooth. I was surprised. She has a deal where you can purchased 5 sugaring waxes for $139 or 3 waxes for $99. I will definitely be purchasing the 5 sugaring waxes because it's a very good deal. I'm so happy I found Claudia through Groupon hence the 5 stars that I have given for her and for her sugaring. Also she has an online booking site which I enjoy using. If the time doesn't work for her she will email you letting you know so I really appreciate that. read more

Received the European facial today, wasn't a fan of the facial itself, was the least favorite facial I've ever had, did not do the extraction well At All and only did it for 10 min, didn't use the whole hour I paid for. To top it off she left the room twice for a several minutes each time. Not a good purchase I made & wouldn't recommend this place. To add to my review: I received a message from Claudia to receive a free facial to make up for the bad experience and I messaged back 3 times with no response til this day 11/28/18. I bought a groupon from this place for a facial and they rescheduled me 3 times times already. Very unprofessional. I do not plan to even come and get a facial from them. I am tired of rescheduling them. They've been coming up with excuses. Waste of money and waste of my time. Very disappointed. And they redeemed my groupon even without me using it. Called yesterday to inquire about a Groupon I purchased 8 months ago ( only used 1 out of 3) spoke with someone on the phone. She explained to me that due to the fact that it had been 8 months since my first facial she would see what she could do and call me back. So I basically paid $100+ for a facial. I don't understand if the other 2 were not used why it would be a bad business decision to honor the other 2. I went here yesterday for a European Facial with Sarah Michel and it was great! She did a thorough cleansing w/ steam, scrub, toner and did extractions on my face. Then she gave me a light neck and back massage which is a total bliss. :) The products they use are top quality too, and they have some available for sale if you want to purchase. It was a very relaxing treat after working 13 days straight haha! I found them on groupon and the price is such a steal but even without the groupon the service is well worth the $65 they charge. So I was transitioning away from using Proactiv for about 8 years, since high school, and my face did not like the change. It was basically purging and trying to rebalance itself. I felt very insecure and decided I needed help with this transition. I was hesitant about going to any place because of the embarrassment I felt about the condition of my face. But after doing some looking around I came across Luv The Look and decided to give it a shot. Claudia helped me out and she was amazing, patient, and knowledgeable. I got the acne facial and she also recommended products based on the conditions of my skin. Claudia also took the time to get to know me and the condition of my face (and my face's history with products). Since my first facial back in February, my face as dramatically improved. Scheduled a microdermabrasion with pumpkin peel. Their room is in the Sola Salon Suites in the Target shopping center. Cute suites, clean, no issues with the place. The esthetician was friendly, intake paperwork is kinda long (never the fun part) but she had me start my service within 10 minutes of arriving. Loved the service. My skin has reacted really well and I have my next one scheduled in a few weeks. I also want to schedule her for the Lash Lift to try it out. First off, this review is long overdue. I first got a facial from Groupon deal back in 2020 and found Claudia. She's the first aesthetician who didn't leave my pores open. I said this because I've been to other places where they leave your pores bigger after extraction. Claudia is very knowledgeable and willing to share with you the tips and tricks to maintain/get better skin. There is no better place! Claudia and her staff are angels. I purchased a groupon a while ago for 3 micros/facials, and I'm hooked! I ended up being a repeat customer after finishing the 3, and will continue to be! Claudia is the most genuinely kind and warm hearted person. She's super funny, and make my visits so fun. I am not normally one to like to chat during services, but she makes me feel so comfortable, and we just laugh and laugh the whole time I'm there. It's like she's a long time friend. I LOVE THIS PLACE. So... I started my journey here with a very generous Groupon for 3 sessions of microdermabrasion along with a pumpkin chemical peel per session. In between my sessions I Get European facials, so 1 month micro, 1 month euro. I have the honor and privilege to work with Claudia, the owner of this fine establishment. I have tricky combination skin with some mild acne scarring, Razor burns and what not. I'm very particular about my skin, and specific with my skin goals. They do a fabulous job with whatever treatment you're doing, and make sure you set up a solid at home care routine to maintain all that hard work they did ;). All I have to stay about this place are the best things. My skin is noticeably clearer, smoother, and all in all, GLOWN UP!! And a big reason I love coming here, is the staff. From Claudia, who I work with to the receptionist and other aesthetician (my mother in law, inside joke haha), I always have the best time, and best conversation. The seasons never feel as long as they are, and I find myself wanting to stay longer to just hang. I don't know why there are some salty ass reviews on here... talking about how they're "money grubbing". They charge me the Groupon price for my European facials, they didn't even come with my initial Groupon I purchased! They were just that generous and gracious with me. This is a review for Sara, who did a European on me. - fan-freaking-tastic . I love how real this place is. I've gone to so many places that are soooooo fancy, tell you your beautiful, and give you cucumber and lemon water like every 3 minutes, but those are the places that just put a bunch of nice smelling lotions on your face for an hour and make you think you're getting somewhere. SARA KNOWS HOW TO EXTRACT !! yes, it hurts. You're squeezing unwanted objects out of your face, ofcourse it's going to hurt ! But she's quick and as gentle as possible, and always checks in to make sure you're ok with the pressure. She was superrrrr cool too! It was like going to a friend. My nose went from looking like a strawberry to a nice shiney Apple totally worth it and they are so inexpensive ! I met the owner too and she seemed great. I have been alive for 25 years and I have now finally decided that I need to TREAT MYSELF. I have never thought to get a facial because I'm "young" and it's too expensive. But guess what... I'm not so young anymore and being a student definitely takes a toll on my skin :( So I went on Groupon and did some search. I came across Luv The Look and they had such good reviews I had to check this place out and I'm so glad I did! Claudia, did an amazing job making me feel all nice and refreshed! This place is located in the Phenix Salon Suites, room 116. It's pretty small but intimate, which is nice. Anyways, during the facial, she explained the process and continued after I understood the steps. I didn't know what to expect because it was my first time but OH MY GOODNESS, it felt so good........ I was so relaxed especially knowing that she knew what she was doing helped me a lot. Claudia also gave me advice on exfoliating and skin care products. Thank you again for that! Over all, it was such a good experience! I left with my skin feeling rejuvenated and hydrated. Extracting (I think that's what it's called) was a tad painful but definitely worth it lol she did warn me it was going to hurt though. My face is a little red and bumpy but I'm excited to see it tomorrow morning! There is also a facial for teenagers! I found this facial deal on Groupon, I purchased and called right away. Claudia answered and was able to fit me in within a few days for a 5pm appointment! She was very nice and informative, she was interested in products I'm already using and even suggested other ways I could use it and also even new things I should try. The facial was great, she cleansed, exfoliated, used a light to thoroughly look at my skin and see what type of treatment I needed. She did the extraction, gave me a nice neck massage, moisturized and I was ready to go! It was so relaxing after a long day of work. It's a small spot tucked away in the Phoenix Suites in a strip mall, but the quality of service is as good as you will get at any other high end spa. The space is clean and well decorated, not to mention the prices for services are very reasonable. Claudia is fantastic for facials and I would highly recommend her. Initially, I came here with a Groupon deal and it was so great that I have been coming here ever since. Every single esthetician I have had did a thorough job, the products are top notch and the place is impeccably clean. Staff is friendly and accommodate special requests (i.e. I want to use my own sunblock at the end). At previous places, I have had problems with my skin for a day or two after the treatment but this has never happened here. NOTE: they are at a new location: 5242 Katella Ave, Suite 103B. 5 stars for Luv The Look! 1st star - For having a text support. I called Luv The Look and left a message and I got a call back right away. Though, I wasn't able to answer and they left me a message. I texted back and Claudia replied. I prefer having a text support from businesses like Luv The Look because it is so much more convenient and it shows how considerate they are for texting back. 2nd star - I arrived before my appointment time, 9AM, and Claudia introduced herself right away. She was very friendly and very professional. I also like how Luv The Look has forms to fill out to keep track of their clients, unlike other places where they just take you in and get on with another facial. 3rd star - The place was clean, organized, has wifi, and the pastel theme made me feel relaxed. It was by far, the cutest place to go to a facial! 4th star - After I was checked in and on the bed ready to get pampered, Claudia was very nice and has awesome people skills. She was very interested in what I do and it showed how she really cared about me and my skin. She ask what I do on a regular basis and made her assessment for my skin, breakouts, acne, etc. Finally, for the 5th star - I had an amazing treatment! Claudia was super great!!! My facial was a 60 minute one and she really did take care of me because she went over 60 minutes to get all my extractions out. Overall, I would really, really recommend this place! Growing up, I've always had problems with my skin. Sometimes it's too oily or too dry, I have breakouts, and when they start to go down, a new one will pop up. I'm horrible about keeping my hands away from my face too, so I end up scarring really bad. I read some articles on what to do and how to change, but nothing seemed to be working. I found an amazing deal on Groupon for a European Facial at Luv the Look. They have glowing reviews on yelp, so I decided to try it out. Making an appointment was super easy and I got a text reminding and confirming me the day before. Luv the Look is located in the Phenix Salon Suites, it's a private studio. Even though it's small and intimate, it's was very welcoming and didn't feel cramped. Claudia, my esthetician who did the facial, was simply amazing! She took the time to assess my beauty routine to figure out why I'm having breakouts. She was very knowledgeable about different products and techniques and recommended what I can do to reach my skin goal. She took the time to explain each step of the facial as well, and talked me through the extractions. We talked like we were friends catching up, she never made it awkward so I was very comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole treatment. The European Facial was heavenly. First, she had warm steam blowing over my face to open the pores, and then she cleansed, exfoliated, and cleansed again. Using a warm towel she wrapped my face to prepare to extractions. To extract and whiteheads and blackheads, she use a metal tool with a loop on the end to push out any impurities. It didn't hurt too much, she said to just breathe through it, and I'll be fine! After that, she applied a clay mask to draw out any impurities or oil that has managed to stay behind. While waiting for the mask to dry, you get a nice neck and shoulder massage which is complete bliss! Then she wiped the mask off and misted a toner over my face, all done! Over all it was a great experience, a day after and my blemishes have shrunk significantly. Now I know there is a proper way to pop pimples so that you reduce scarring and bacteria being spread around. Let me tell you- Claudia exceeded that AND more! I got a Brazilian and she talked to me throughout the whole process making it super comfortable & less awkward. She's extremely sweet. I also felt very little pain! I've been to another waxing place that literally pulled up my skin, leaving a scar- & Claudia was more than gentle and more thorough in her process than any other wax/sugaring place I've ever been to. One of my friends at work recommended this place to me, and went ahead and bought the 3 sessions through groupon for the dermabrasion and pumpkin peel. Finally had my first appointment this past saturday with Claudia (owner), again my friend high recommended her. Made it to my appointment on time, her place is inside a big salon ehish is kind of confusing. So first you fill out new client paperwork which took about 15 mins, so from 11:30 Am to 11:45am, then the next 15 mins was her examining my sling and asking your skin history and skin routine. Which she was concerned if to even do the microdermabrasion on me but said she would. She started and literally it took her like 2 mins to do it on me because again she was concerned and didnt want to go deep, then for the peel she said she would leave it on for like 10 mins because she didnt it was like 3-4 mins. The cooling mask at the end she kept the longest along with a neck/shoulder massage. And literally by 12:15 we were done. All in less than 30 mins. Now i paid for a microdermabrasion and a peel, which neither of those were done long enough on me, I didnt even peel at all. No difference on my soin at all, i know its first session but I felt like nothing was done on me from what the package says you will get. Felt like it was a waste of a session, and money. Im going to finish my sessions just because I already paid for them and dont think Ill get a refund. I was very disappointed, I was very excited going in there and not at all what my friend experienced (I could actually see it on my friends face they took their time on her treatment) mine just felt rushed and not really interested and not really worth my money. Claudia did advise me on skin care at home which I appreciated but the treatment not so much. Just FYI: I arrived at 11:10 Am, you have two rooms which on my appointment booking doesnt tell you which room your appointment is so i waited outside one of them because there was someone outside the other. And yes i complained of burning just under my eye area, and said the rest was fine but you kept insisting I was hot eventho I said I didnt feel anything. Have been coming here with Claudia for several months now and my skin has never looked better! And it's nice to do something for yourself every now and then! Recently ventured into their Brazilian waxes with Tori about a week ago, and she was just as awesome. She was quick, the whole wax took about 15 minutes. She was professional, and very meticulous. They use the strip less wax (is that what it's called?) And from previous experiences with waxing, this seemed to be a little less painful. Anywho.. She provided me with two soaps on my way out along with some after care. And I have to say, I'm generally prone to ingrown hairs, and I have none! I don't know if it's a combination of her waxing method... or the soaps really did help? ‍ who knows. But I will say I'm very satisfied and will definitely be coming back. read more

The first time I went I had the most pleasant experience. I had gone in with a Groupon and I loved it so much that I bought a Groupon for a family member so she could enjoy there service, as well. Well that family member had some personal problems and when she made the appointment it was going to be past the expiration date so she wanted to see what the business could do for her. The receptionist said it was no problem, and booked her appointment with all that Groupon had to offer. We arrived at the spa all excited for a relaxing day. She checked in and then they took her to a room where they told her to take off her shirt for the process. Everything great so far. When all of a sudden the owner says that the Groupon expired so you're going to have to pay more for the service. Okay, we understand the offer had expired but then why did the receptionist tell us it was okay and book the appointment. It should've been said since the beginning. The owner was all nice and sweet before seeing the offer, afterwards she changed faces and was rude and cold. They had already redeemed the Groupon by this point so then I had to call their customer service to get my money back. I will never be going to this spa again, and I have told friends and family to stay away too. There are better places in which they are superb in their customer service. read more
