She may have gotten into a fight with one of my rescued Dachshunds; sometimes the 2 girls get cranky or the geese and ducks, they like to chase them. She was collapsing and not moving. I rushed her over to Pana Animal Hospital, after making the appointment online, which I loved. The front desk lady was so kind and considerate, she took us to a room and the Vet was equally kind and considerate. She couldn't find anything physically wrong so she ran test on her blood, liver, etc. and Monkey was perfect. So the Vet thought maybe she was hurt internally from a bite and subscribed some medications which I gave to her right away for 5 days. She got better in about 8 days; I gave her baby aspirin for those 3 days. Now, she is as rowdy as she always is, such a cutie and soooo sweet! I love my Monkey! I will be taking my other rescues (6 total, 5 Dachshunds and Monkey) to them for their care; we are in Pana a lot. Great experience with Pana Animal Hospital, it is really clean too, normal pricing, and everyone is friendly; I would highly recommend.

They are overpriced. Their front desk staff is rude and the Vet does not care about her patience the girls that work in the back the text the nurses they're wonderful. They treated my companion with and love the Vet on the other hand needs to go back to school and the front desk girl needs to have some customer service training and they really need to look at their prices because they're in it for the money, not the of your animals. I called the office and they asked many questions and all about the birds and I told them I was a little concerned because I thought maybe one had a odor so maybe yeast or something? Im not a vet . I asked how much it would be for the three birds she we t and checked with the vet and they said $300. I told him OK so I brought the birds in when I got in there they tested all three of their stools that's fine. I didnt understand why ? I thought just part of the exam, they came back and they told me everything was OK. The doctor picked each Bird up and she flipped him over and she looked under the wings. She looked at each one and she said they were fine. She didn't think they had any odor they just maybe needed to change their food. I said OK she said they only had one wing clipped on each side, maybe that was making them have a little balance problem she said would you like us to clip the other wing and I said sure so after she got finished the girl had the bill and I asked the girl for the bill she said oh I'll bring it out here for you so she walked me out to the receptionist and the bill was $507 for three healthy birds. They got one wing clipped on each bird because the other one was Done. They were very nice in the office seem clean but it wasn't worth $507.00 i was walking out, another person told me they tried to force them to do some test on their dog that they didn't come in for but did not let them and they weren't coming back either.. I feel they were dishonest and sneaky about the way they did their billing. She could've told me there was an extra charge for anything while I was standing there next to her no one did they just let me believe that was part of the $300.00 dollars for Bird physical and I will not be back!

Animal Medical center was kind enough to be honorable and offer to refund the $1500 for the procedure as a gesture of sympathy and remorse....Well that is until they turned around and said nevermind and started claiming they don't know of any such offer.....Take your loved ones elsewhere.
