I never received a response. I also left a voicemail and, again, received no reply. Good communication is a basic concept for any business. Even if you're fully booked or unable to take on new clients, a simple response would be courteous and professional. Thankfully, I found a groomer at PetSmart in Mattoon, where my inquiry was answered promptly and professionally. That's the level of customer service every business should strive for. After my own experience, and after reading several other Yelp reviews, I would not feel comfortable leaving my dog in this business's care.

The owner's response to my frustration about the timing was defensive, blaming of me and my pet, and took no responsibility for her company's delay in service. Who treats their customers this way?
