This was inconvenient, but frustrating because a few years ago I had the electricity system upgraded with dedicated lines for the air conditioners. The price quote was what everyone else mentions in their reviews- not cheap at over $200/hour, but what seems to be market rate. Everyone likes to save a few bucks, but typically you get what you pay for and cutting corners may leave you without recourse if something doesn't go right. In any case, the technician, Tomer, arrived on time. I knew he was great because my cat loved him and followed him around the house. He assessed the problem and explained the plan of action. There was no pressure to proceed, and I was looking at over $1000 worth of work. He also fixed a pull chain on a ceiling fan. The cost was over $200 for less than 1 hour work, but they did not nickel& dime me over the cost for materials to fux the fan, which I estimated to be fair. It turned out I was right: The air conditioner was plugged into the wrong outlet, the dedicated line hiding behind a desk. Tomer called and told me about this. He offered to proceed anyway should I wish, but didn't feel it was be necessary. His due diligence and honesty saved me a few hundred dollars. The subsequent over payment of the deposit was promptly refunded within a few days. This company is customer-oriented and provide exceptional service. Sure, you could use joe from the supermarket flyer and save a few dollars,but reliability, expertise, and good service are worth the extra cost.

What should have been a simple NVR replacement turned into a three-month ordeal filled with delays, cancellations, and a complete lack of accountability. Over the course of this project, there were three scheduled appointments--each one canceled or missed--with little to no notice. On top of that, I sent more than 10 follow-up emails just trying to get basic updates, most of which were either ignored or responded to with vague, non-committal answers. There seems to be a serious breakdown in communication and organization within this company. A straightforward job should not require this level of persistence from a customer. At no point did I feel like my time was respected or that my business was valued. If you're looking for reliability, responsiveness, or even basic professionalism, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This experience has been a complete waste of time and energy.

A disastrous experience…read more About 15 months ago he installed a video door system in our 4-family building, but it had chronic problems from the start and rarely worked right for long. We've now had no intercom or buzzer service for 3 weeks, since the exterior Acuvox unit failed. Douglas removed the unit and said he was requesting a warranty replacement, but he failed to keep 2 appointments and now has ghosted entirely--he doesn't respond to repeated text/email/phone queries from either us or from Acuvox (who we asked to intervene). Even prior to this, he had been absolutely infuriating with regard to responding to calls and texts or keeping appointments. The stuff he puts up about quality service and satisfaction is simply meaningless boasting. This is not a business-like business or run according to professional standards. We would not hire him again--probably no one should--and have asked Akuvox, the maker of our equipment to help us find another installer. Update: Here's what we don't see in Wayne's response--A genuine apology for leaving us in the lurch; a genuine explanation for ghosting both us and Acuvox; an acknowledgment that this was his problem and that he is determined to fix it immediately. Because, you know, customer satisfaction and all. Instead, he emails me separately and says he'll mail us the unit he has been sitting on for weeks, and that's it. I'll stand by my review--thoroughly unprofessional. Hire at your own risk.

Our cameras are now all clear (even in the darkest areas), we have access throu every worker's phone, Ipads and laptops. When we go to China we can view our business in brooklyn. When there is a problem he is always available to assist (Anytime, Anyday). When we had internet problems (As we have had for many years), He made all the arraingements and met with the Verizon techs to finally locate and resolve our long standing issues. In our business any loss is a huge expensive loss and So greatful to have Peace Of Mind on our side.
