A couple of months after the initial insurance bill was submitted, I began getting checks directly from United Healthcare, but they were nowhere near amount that the insurance agent had previously quoted. After about a week of both Mia and Agnes spending hours and hours on the phone and corresponding through emails fighting tooth and nail to get what was initially promised to me for reimbursement, I eventually was reimbursed approximately 80% of what I initially paid Treatment Centers XL. I will admit that I actually took some initiative and was in contact with the insurance company myself on several occasions. Perhaps some people don't realize that insurance companies will try anything they can to not pay what is promised unless you keep on them. Which I'm sure Treatment Centers XL is still doing. After nearly 10 months of sobriety that I attribute to this program greatly, I am further realizing that I have to take at least some responsibility for my own life. If that means a 2 minute call to my insurance company every few days until it is resolved, so be it. I have found that they respond to the policy holder much more immediately than a third party. As far as the IV treatments are concerned, all I know is that they have done wonders for me and everyone I met there during my treaty and have kept in contact with over the past 10 months.

I called the company to make the payment over the phone and they let me know that I was only selected for the four day course but that didn't include the drive test or the six hour behind the wheel driving they told me I could upgrade from $260-$700 and get all of that. I paid the $700. Right after I had paid my husband told me that our son doesn't even need the excessive package as he is 15 1/2 and won't receive his drivers license until he's 16 1/2, so it's not required. It's unfortunate that top cops did not inform us of him not even needing the classes they had us pay for it. It's also unfortunate that when I called 12 hours later to get a refund since he doesn't need any of this, they said that there is a $175 refund fee. I would not suggest this driving school to anyone as I feel. They are very unreasonable. They should have informed us of what was truly needed per our son's age and they also should've refunded us since it wasn't even 12 hours after we discovered that what they registered for wasn't required.
