The young lady who did my underarms was very insensitive in the sense that she did not displace great customer service. The wax was entirely too hot. I do not feel like she waited long enough for the wax to completely dry before ripping it off. There was additional hair in a crevice under my arm bc I am not skinny and she did not even try to remove it and just blatantly told me she couldn't remove it. Then you go back for your service - in my case, a massage. I swore I would never have another male masseuse after a horrible experience I had at a resort in the Poconos. That was until I met Tyler at Harmony Spa. I have never felt so comfortable and at ease - even with female masseuse. Tyler was very attentive. I walk out every time feeling refreshed and relaxed. He also suggests at-home stretches so you don't tense up. He's the best and I highly recommend him!
