I got there a bit early was greeted and seated right away to get my brows done. I wish I'd gotten the young lady's name but she was very nice, lite conversation. I recently moved back to Delaware and wanted to find a good place to get my eyebrows threaded. Sapphire is the spot! Rita is very kind and attentive, she listens to what you want and makes your eyebrows look amazing every time. Seriously, I get so many compliments after I get them done. Part of that is because I wait until I look like the caveman from the Geico commercials to come in...but that's only more proof that she's a miracle worker. She also does great facial waxing, I have very sensitive skin that burns easily but Rita made sure that I went from Pedro to Perfect without a problem. I don't usually wax my stache, but when I do, I prefer Sapphire Beauty Studio. P.s. Rita is literally the best threader I've gone to. I've gone to many threaders and they always mess up my brows. I have thick eyebrows and threaders for some reason shape each one so differently. Rita is very attentive and will arch your brows very precisely. The other threader in the shop mostly does hair. I wouldn't necessarily recommend her. She really messed up my brows once and I went to Rita three weeks later and she evened our the shape. read more

I wanted to find a new threading place in DE so this was my first time here. There aren't many in DE and like the other users noted the mall is too expensive. The prices here are comparable to where they should be. $8. I went nearing closing time so only one worker was there, "Aaliyah". She was with someone but offered me coffee and tea and apologized for the wait as she was the only one there. She kept me up on her progress as time went on, which I thought was very considerate. When she finished the other customer and I sat in the chair she asked me how I would like my eyebrows done. Once she completed one she had me check to see if it was good. Which was also nice. Because once it's off.....it's OFF! : ) Anyway, the service was great other than having to wait. & I would definitely be returning here to experience again. read more

In the Deptford Mall in South Jersey, my friends and I were stopped by a young girl, Amber. I was looking for a new straightening iron, but I will NEVER buy from this place AGAIN. I'm 17!! And apparently so was this girl. She sampled the iron, I thought it was cool so I decided to do the layaway. Since I'm a student, there was a discount. I paid $10.66 but as the night went on, I realized what a huge mistake that was. I contacted Sapphire, and they said no return policy?! What a scam! They didn't even give me the item. She apparently makes $30 of the $100 I'd pay. So she made $3 off me from the $10. But I'm not paying the rest. They rob you! Thanks for making me waste my money! She also was super rude to my friends and I. She told my best friend to dump her boyfriend and that he was bad for her even though we have NEVER met this girl. She doesn't have manners at all. We tried to leave three times but kept talking. We didn't wanna be rude but we also didn't have time. If you wanna be a successful business, please have a refundable return policy. I've been coming here once a week for the past 2yrs and I will not go to anyone else. They do everything at a super cheap cost. Everytime I go I get my hair conditioned & my eyebrows shaped & colored. My hair was dry & unhealthy before I found them. Now it's long & super healthy. They're the best I've seen when I comes to eyebrow shape up & tint. Sometimes I'll get my face waxed or eyelash extensions which they're also good at. I must say that each time I go to get my eyebrows threaded, they come out exactly how I want them. They take care of me and my waxing needs. I eventually tried out Full Face threading, underarms, & Brazilian waxing and each experience has been great. They answered all of my questions before each different service, are clean, welcoming, and show that they care about their guests. Today, I went to get my Brazilian for the first time and they explained everything step by step of what to expect. I was really nervous prior to the service but was comfortable during it. For me, that's the most important thing..feeling comfortable. I truly recommend scheduling appts as it will give them time in advance to ensure there is enough people working in case it gets busy. Went for a Brazilian wax. Took an hour and a half and two people to do it. The was wasn't hot enough and the girl didnt know what she was doing. Also, the back rooms are creepy. She was the only one working while people kept coming in. She finally called her manager and her manager finished the wax. Horrible. read more

The process took almost 5 hours and the results are phenomenal. Aliyah and Rita are so great and the time flew by so fast. I have been to many many salons in NYC before moving to this area, and I can confidently say Sapphire is the best salon I have been to that I fully trust.
