This man got our back! The food is nothing short of amazing. My chicken and waffle made with oyster mushroom was perfection! Batter was thick but soft. Crunchy yet juicy. Fried but not oily. This dish is a walking contradiction but they walked this fine line and blew this dish out the water! Best chicken and waffles hands down. The drumsticks were the classic with sweet and tangy BBQ sauce with paper thin skin and fibrous underneath. At the end, there's a sugar cane for bone to chew out the sweet "marrow". Highly recommend. My wife loves nachos and theirs were a big hit with impossible meat. I was unfortunate not to have been able to sample it. Jalapeño cornbread? Yes please! I believe it's gluten free and it's just a hint of spicy that builds as you eat more and more of it! H bomb burrito was tasty as well but I did not eat it fresh to do it justice. Combining just about everything he had on the cart, Jim assembled for me, on the spot, a sandwich with beyond sausage, Morningstar bacon, greens, grilled peppers, portobello mushroom and fabulous sauces on a pretzel bun.
