Where do I even start with this place! First off, I was never a fan of juice until I came here. The staff as well as the owner John, were extremely helpful and informational when my boyfriend and I came in and asked about purchasing a 5 day Juice cleanse. John was encouraging and gave us the rundown. We purchased 5 days worth of juices which came to about 11 gallon mason jars in total. (For two people) John explained how, when, and the measurement of the amount of juice we should be drinking daily. John will also give you back 30$ when you return the gallon mason jars. (Kind of like a deposit until they are returned) The juice itself tasted amazing. The website says to check the store daily for rotating flavors. However, I highly recommend the Morning Dew juice and Twisted Roots. This is a cute little space with lots of seating, couches, fast free wifi and healthy foods - great coffee, avocado toast, espressos...Acai bowls; pretty much everything you could ask for! It's in an unassuming strip mall and they definitely have the best veggie burger I've ever eaten as well. It's practically as satisfying as the real thing. The avocado toast (with an added egg on top please) is amazing as well. I really fell in love with the place and wish that it had a location closer to downtown Buffalo, which it unfortunately doesn't. If you're looking for a healthy breakfast or lunch or a place to work from (the wifi works great and there are plenty of plugs), Welbeze is a great choice! I have been living in Cheektowaga for most of my adult life and it took me until just recently to learn about and try this little gem and I'm so disappointed for all the time lost! I love this place! Local, fresh, healthy, and tasty The staff inside were super friendly and they've got a nice sized menu of sandwiches, wraps, and baked goods and not to forget an extensive menu of smoothies and home made juices. I stopped in for breakfast and got one of their wraps and it was super tasty. I also had a double chocolate muffin that was divine. I'm so excited to try this place again and sample all of their menu. Prices were super good and the staff were very friendly. Their location in Depew seems easy to miss set back in a plaza but for reference they're near Yings right off of Transit and across from Tops. You know, I really like this place. When I was much younger and hung out in the gym for hours on end, I consistently thought a shake place with healthy options would be a great business to start. Lo and behold, it is now a thing and I am very happy that it is. The location is on the main road in the area, lined up against several other places to eat - most of those places are planning your health demise. Do not get me wrong, I very much still eat at those places but at least in the mire of "what could kill me fastest" options, Welbeze comes to the plate with options that are actually healing! Not only do they have positive effects on your body, they are actually tasty too. My daughter and I ordered a Strawberry Banana shake and a Peanut Butter and Chocolate shake with some added Whey Protein, online. After driving all of 10 minutes, I walked in and the shakes were placed right at the front counter waiting to go. Truly effortless. Our first sips knocked our socks off. I half expected some semi watery not-so-flavorful shake but instead was greeted with a peanut butter, banana, chocolate rave in my mouth. There are two problems with this, however. One - I drink it entirely too fast. Two - I want another and really, that turns healthy in to gluttony. The crew was smiling - sorry, I had to say it because...you know...with the masks you cannot actually see...moving on... They were very pleasant and did look happy to be there. The operation was buzzing and moving efficiently. Many many times I see people falling all over themselves and missing opportunities to do things that would enhance the customer experience but in this case, the operation was like a well oiled assembly line. I believe that their product(s) have been refined to a much greater degree. Crepes in the Southtowns are very difficult to find. Yikes. First off there is nothing "well" about the customer service at this establishment. The gentleman that took our order was VERY abrupt and prickly. He was belittling his employees infront of customers- it's a juice place come on. Then waiting 15min the order was wrong he was questioning us- as the customer and then realized HE put it in wrong. He continues to berate his employee to the point she started CRYING and walked in the back to get her stuff and walk out. He hasn't made it right with the customer took the bowls back that were made and still 30min later we are continuing to stand here - because we haven't gotten what we have paid for. Oh to top it off he is drinking a smoothie at the counter that wasn't made right. I have never ever seen a local place run SO POORLY. Shame on you, we definitely won't be back in. I'm so thankful for yelp helping me stumble upon this place. It's in the old Kmart plaza next to the gym with plenty of parking. Their menu is vast and has salads, smoothies, acai bowls, sandwiches, wraps, crepes, burgers, breakfast wraps and bowls, and even health shots. This place has it all! I have no idea why people would go to mighty taco across the street and spend the same amount of money when this food is healthy and delicious. (Which is hard to find in Buffalo.) My mom and I got the hummus wrap and veggie wrap and split them. Both were delicious. They come with carrots and celery and a small side of hummus and a side garden salad with spinach, arugula and balsamic dressing. If you like health food, or simply good food, you will like this place. There's an inviting and comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff just waiting to start conversation. They're located right next to Catalyst fitness and close to a few other gyms. If you work out next door or close by, I can almost guarantee their protein shakes are better than your gym's! I'm a Catalyst member and I always found myself buying shakes from my gym simply out of convenience, that is until I tried the "Peanut Butter Power" protein shake from Welbeze. The location is just as convenient but the quality of the shake was by far greater. If you're not a peanut butter fan, the "French Toast" protein shake is another notable mention. As far as food goes, they have flavorful wraps and salads on top of some of Buffalo's best açaí bowls. Their veggie burger was by far the best I've had in my life. Being a vegetarian, I've had one too many dry, crusty veggie burgers. Welbeze's veggie burger is like no other. It's juicy and flavorful with the perfect consistency. I really enjoyed it! I also like that every wrap or salad containing chicken can be replicated with a chicken substitute that is oddly just as satisfying. Welbeze breakfast deserves it's own section. Their breakfast sandwiches and wraps are a delicious and nutritious way to start the day. My favorite is the "ruby wild" wrap where I add spinach to the original recipe of long grain rice, salsa, eggs, cheddar cheese. Complete your breakfast with juice or a latte for the ultimate meal. The espresso drinks are such high quality that I'd actually choose Welbeze latte's and cappuccinos over their neighboring Starbucks. Overall, this place is worth checking out for a relatively quick nutrient packed meal. The price is similar to other health food stores, which is reasonable. You can expect to pay $15-$20 for your meal with a juice or shake. It does take longer than most other "fast food" places, like Panera for example, but everything is made fresh which makes it worthwhile in my opinion. I have ate here at least 20 times in the past 6 months, as it is nearby and convenient. The last trip here will be just that -- my last. The owner was extremely impolite and was negative towards his workers as well, something I will not tolerate given that this place has many better alternatives nearby such as Panera. Such a shame when all his employees know me by name due to the frequency of my visits, and he could have cared less about a loyal customer. Supported this business twice a week when they were struggling to get people in the door during the COVID-19 pandemic, and they treat me like I'm an inconvenience to them. This place is healthy and delicious and the staff is super friendly and patient when you're trying to order. There are so many options here it's difficult to choose. They do not have a gluten free wrap, which I was slightly surprised about, but they do offer whole wheat. They had lots of juices, sandwiches, salads and coffee options too. I tried the southwest chicken wrap on whole wheat and it was awesome. The wraps are kind of small and not the most filling so I'd suggest getting a smoothie too or adding some bulk to the wrap.
