I rarely have a strong customer service experience here-ranging anywhere from unfriendly service, team members on the phone at the counter taking orders while a line forms and no one steps up to help those of us visiting in person, and no dedicated line or space to pick up mobile orders, being instructed to instead wait in long lines (defeating the entire purpose of ordering ahead) to pick up an online order that's already been ready for 15 minutes. I think there are opportunities to improve the in-store experience for an all around 10/10 given they are making the best smoothies, salads and snacks.
