My little Suzie was a frail traumatized little rescue Yorkie who was rescued from a puppy mill in Virginia. She had never touched grass until she was rescued by an active military soldier based in VA. When I searched for a Groomer I was so hesitant because of her traumas. When I walked into Puppy Palace the owner was so patient and took Suzie into her arms and was so loving towards her. I explained her history and I felt her compassion. Now, Suzie has had two groomings and she is so relaxed and not stressed when I drop her off. That shows that she was treated with gentleness and her painful past was not triggered. Now Suzie is a new puppy! At first her coat was a mess, and I was not clear on how her coat would grow out. She is blossoming like a flower. We have been looking for and trying out soooooo many groomers for our pups. We have a Wheaten Terrier and a Cockapoo. There have been many interpretations by several different groomers of what the haircuts should be for those two breeds. They are not difficult dogs, though the Wheaten may want to lick you to death when she first meets you. Since going to Puppy Palace we have FINALLY found our forever groomers. Not only is everyone there friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable; they also listen to specific requests for our pup cuts. We have sent scruffy looking furballs to them and picked up show dogs. I will never need to look for another groomer in the area as our pups have found their groomers and we could not be happier. read more

I started with Puppy Palace about 10 years when my mini poodle "Tucker" was just a puppy. Then 3 years ago we moved to GA, and I have yet to find anyone that can groom they way they do. I sure miss them...If we were to move back to FL, Tucker would return to Puppy Palace for his grooming for sure. read more

The first two times my dog was groomed by Chris, great job! the last time he was done by the owner and she did a very bad job. I called and asked in the future, he only be done by Chris. The owner and her ego called me right back and ultimately told me , she didn't need my business. I would reconsider going there if you can't be sure who's grooming your pet. Two groomers just quit.
