They have been there twice before with good results. We arrived as scheduled at 11am and the owner says will be ready about 2:30 to 3pm (there was only one other dog on the grooming tables). Not having received any calls from them, after more than 4 hours, we arrived 3:15pm and there were not ready; instead of taking responsibility the owner starts with excuses; blaming us for not brushing the dogs, etc.!! She asks for 30-35 more minutes. We step out to get a smoothie and return 4:15 (this double the time she asked for), but still not ready. In a 90+ degrees day she asks us to step outside. Then her rude aggressive daughter starts berating us after we softly said it has been over 5 hours since they have the dogs (and almost 2 hours since they were due). Anyone can have a bad day; perhaps scheduling issues, short staff, etc., but what is unforgivable is not owning it and then blaming the customer and berating us. Finally, to add insult to injury they cut in half two of our new Seresto collars $58 each saying the hair was entangled (those collars were less than two weeks old) and also increased the price over 10% from 8 weeks ago. Beware here; your experience can go from wonderful to awful in no time. They don't own their mistakes and then blame (and berate) the customer. So Sad!

If you're looking for a groomer that can provide you with top notch services then look no further…read more I tried Petsmart and Woofgang, and they never cut my dog right. Having a Shih tzu, sometime groomers can cut them too look a certain gender. I had never know my Macy was getting a boys cut! Zachis highly recommendable. You can tell he has a lot of experience. He's a very kind soul who made Macy feel comfortable at the groomers. If you have a rescue who can sometimes be shy, Zach can really help to make their experience as trauma free as possible. Because he's been doing it for so long, he often finds things I would have never thought to look for. For example, Macy's ears needed cleaning and I had never really thought I could do it. Apparently, her type of breed is known for ear infections, and sure enough she had what looked to be like one. Zach pointed it out (Making me feel like a bad dog mom but I am eternally grateful he showed me) and gave me tips on how to clean her ears myself so I could make sure it doesn't get too bad. (He was not diagnosing her, as he is not a vet, rather he was just stating how Shih Tzus need their ears cleaned regularly.) Four corners is really affordable too. They never try to overprice for your dog and really give you what you pay for. If you're looking for a new groomer I really suggest you check them out. And don't forget to ask for Zach! Oh and by the way, I hear he's an excellent cat groomer as well. I don't have a cat, so I cannot give advice on the quality, but if it's anywhere close to his dog grooming skills your feline will come out looking fabulous!
