What it lacks in size, it makes up for in customer service and just making you feel good. The therapists in this place as welcoming and really care to find out what your pain is and where and explain to you step by step how to get back to normal. I was comforted to know that these people are great at what they do and I walked out feeling really good and satisfied at the treatment I received. I have been suffering from a chronic pinched nerve and lower back pain for years now and meeting with knowledgeable staff who helped me identify problem areas really helped me stop putting off the necessary care I needed. DJ from Soul Physical Therapy was knowledgeable and friendly and gave me their information. Fast forward to today - I've gone a couple times and am seeing improvement. They've walked me through exercises to help strengthen and alleviate pain in these problem areas and have been great throughout the process! Also - side note: The receptionist was so friendly and kind on the phone and after having met her, you instantly want to be her friend. She's great! Since it was my first appointment, I assumed I would only be meeting with the doctor for a consultation, as that was my experience at the previous office. Instead, I met with Dr. Todd, and I was immediately impressed by how thorough and knowledgeable he was. He took the time to go over everything in detail and seemed genuinely focused on my care rather than selling me an expensive payment plan. He explained my condition, answered my questions, adjusted me during my first visit, and worked with me to create a treatment plan. One thing I really appreciated was that there was no pressure to pay for a large package of treatments upfront. In fact, I had to remind the front desk that I had a copay. At my previous chiropractor, I felt pressured into making a significant payment before treatment even began, and after two visits, the doctor had never actually touched me. At Greater Lowell Chiropractic, Dr. Todd adjusted both my back and neck, put me on a roller table, and used a pulsating therapy device as part of my treatment. I left feeling like I had finally received the care I was looking for. Another huge benefit is their flexibility with scheduling. Dennis is super motivating, accepting, creates a sense of community, is extremely knowledgeable, and takes time to make sure I understand everything. The time flies as he chats while I do the exercises and before I know it the time is over. Dennis makes it enjoyable and fun and tailors everything to what he sees and what you share with him. His background is also ortho in hospital settings which is helpful. He tailors his style for each person and is just great to learn from. Throughout all of my visits she was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and extremely caring. Scheduling was pretty straightforward, although in the later months it seemed harder to get an appointment last minute and had to schedule a few weeks in advance for more popular times. However they did have a system where you can be added to the waitlist for a time and you will get emailed to see if you want to take that appointment which I thought was nice
