Two years later, multiple roofing inspectors are now saying I need a complete reroof due to the shingles being at end of life. Im shocked as the inspection InspectPro did merely 2 years ago should have caught this and I could have negotiated it with the seller at the time (the whole point of doing a property inspection to begin with). I spoke to Rob, the inspector, and he said the company does not comment on the condition of the roof. Thats why they recommend folks get a 5 year certification from a roofing company. Ridiculous as an inspection conveys the condition of the house. Bottom line: I think he dropped the ball on the roof. Im reluctant to give bad reviews to small buinsesses but I wanted to share my experience and hope someone else will not experience this. Suffice it to say, I will not being using them again.

Some of the items he listed in his report that needed repaired/replaced didn't even exist in our home, i.e., a sink in the laundry room (we don't have one) or that we had new windows (they are the original ones in a 20 year old house). When he first came to our house to leave the radon test equipment, he told me that the house should have been closed up 12 hours prior to the test, but no one had called me to tell me that information and I told him I had flunked mind-reading 101. He is abrupt bordering on just plain rude and I would never recommend him.
