If you're looking for a kitchen and bath store that will guide you through a remodel with a…read morerealistic budget, timeline, detailed plans, and reliable execution, BEWARE-- this may not be the right fit. We went with Kitchens on Broadway after receiving a glowing recommendation from neighbors who had a great experience. Unfortunately, we later discovered that the designer they worked with had left the company, along with several other senior designers. We skipped doing our own homework and ended up regretting it. We paid a $1,200 design fee, and after six months--only after we had repeatedly asked for our money back--we finally received renderings and a layout that essentially copied a design we had already created ourselves using free online software and had provided to them three months earlier, so this was incredibly disappointing. Since then, we've done our own research and found several other reputable kitchen and bath designers in the Denver area who offer an initial design, budget estimate, and timeline before requiring any payment. Often being able to provide an initial design within 2 weeks. That level of transparency and professionalism made us realize how far off our experience here was. I strongly recommend doing your due diligence as there are better options out there.

It was like she could read our minds and showed us things that worked perfectly with our vision. She was with us every step of the way from picking out cabinet colors and styles to being at our house for delivery and installation of our countertops. We feel like we got our dream kitchen with this remodel. If you are looking for someone to help you with your kitchen remodel, you can stop looking because you found them. Make sure when you call to ask for Zane!

Their communication was great, every worker that came to our house was respectful and did great work. This project was long and stressful. We signed the contract in March 2025. We had a discussion…read moreabout the expectations about our back yard porch which introduced a change. Then we decided to get a digital rendering of the porch which came out great, but came with a price of over $1k in addition to the initial Estimate which was over 40k. Some time went by and we heard very minimal about the project between March and August. I decided to do a review on yelp to motivate the company to do something with our project. I received a phone call from the PM about how this affects their business. I agreed that I would remove that review and add a review at the end. Our understanding was that there would be quality control and communication weekly along the way however; this was not the case. There were days where the painter and foundation person came when they said they would and other times they didn't. A couple of times I would go out and look and tell the construction worker that the quality was not acceptable. This occurred on more than one occasion. I called the PM to tell him that this was the problem. It got fixed and we ended up with a beautiful porch in Mid November with a total of $45k spent. If you have the time and money to spend to guide this project the exact way that you want then yes, otherwise; I would recommend a different company.

Gabriel did an amazing job renovating my master bathroom in my condo. From the demo, to the tile,…read moreto the fixtures and all the other parts, Gabriel was great at working with me and getting the job done. Even when I decided to change from a shower only to a bathtub installation, Gabriel was able to accommodate the change and adjust the work order without issue or hesitation. He did a great job installing the tile, and even went above and beyond when some floor tile needed to be removed from one area and added to another area to accommodate a vanity with less depth than the previous one. Installing all the new bathroom components, including a new toilet, vanity, tub, shower hardware and light figure were all done to perfection. Gabriel was very professional, clean and neat, stuck to the budget, and provided all receipts for the out of pocket items he purchased. As well, he was great at working with me to help make decisions when I wasn't sure what to do on certain things. I would definitely look to hire him again for future projects, and definitely recommend him for your home improvement project, especially if new tile is a part of it.

He stopped by, reviewed the project, and left, claiming he would get back ASAP. After a week, I contacted him to see how things were progressing.
