They did a property inspection for a new property I was buying. The roof inspection pointed out a couple of items like needing an add'l vent which I fixed. Two years later, multiple roofing inspectors are now saying I need a complete reroof due to the shingles being at end of life. Im shocked as the inspection InspectPro did merely 2 years ago should have caught this and I could have negotiated it with the seller at the time (the whole point of doing a property inspection to begin with). I spoke to Rob, the inspector, and he said the company does not comment on the condition of the roof. Thats why they recommend folks get a 5 year certification from a roofing company. Ridiculous as an inspection conveys the condition of the house. Bottom line: I think he dropped the ball on the roof. Im reluctant to give bad reviews to small buinsesses but I wanted to share my experience and hope someone else will not experience this. Suffice it to say, I will not being using them again. read more

Doug and Brad Low did my house inspection on 7/1/22. They were timely, professional, considerate and responsive. I chose to let them do the inspection and then have them walk me through it after so I wouldn't distract them from their focus. They kept me informed during the process when they ran into concerns. Afterwards they showed me not only concerns but things a new home owner would need to know like the main water shut off, where the power boxes are, irrigation shut off, the gas line shut off, etc. No question was too insignificant and they gave me peace of mind because they were so thorough. They also addressed any areas they couldn't inspect and whether I should have those independently inspected by specific experts. Finally, the final report was provided on a timely basis. Doug was sent by our salesy realtor and missed some major foundational issues that another engineer pointed out (doors not lining up, jammed sliding door, cracks in the caulking around windows, grading not away from the house, cracks in the hardwood flooring, etc). He also missed plenty of other defects that we found after we moved in that we would've asked the sellers to fix or rebate. Also charged us for a Radon Mitigation test when later we find that there was already a working radon mitigation system in place he never mentioned. As listed in other reviews. Get your own independent inspector and not one from The CORE Group or Keller Williams. They're a team in the business to get houses sold at the expense of the buyer. read more

He led us through the inspection every step of the way. answered any questions we had, and was very thorough. As they were doing the sewer scope, because of how some of the drains are set up, they were unable to make it as far as they needed to, and will need to come back out at some point. After receiving the invoice, I called their office to see if they would be willing to charge us for a partial inspection since it was not completed. Originally had a great experience until we moved into the home. Once moved in we found out that the inspector missed at least 100 sq ft of mold under most of the carpet in the basement caused by animals urination all over the place for years. Also, come to find out the radon system fan was broken, the sump pump plumbing had a leak spraying water over the basement, had two bathtubs with cracks in them that were leaking and causing mold, the refrigerator water pump was bad and the vapor barrier under the subfloor was all ripped up. BEWARE OF THE WORDS " should be investigated" in the inspection report. Long story short, I would never suggest this inspector to friends and/or family. read more
