They ran a diagnostic and it was transmission problems. As soon as we arrived at the shop, they were both so welcoming and made sure our two dogs and 5 children were taken care of. They gave us food and water for my dogs. Mike had local contacts that he knew that could get you taken care of. It was almost 9pm and they offered to drop us (family of 7 n 2 dogs off at our hotel that they recommended in the area and even took us to get food and drinks since we were all out when we were waiting for a tow truck. They didn't reset my oil levels either, I had to google how to do myself. Luckily the guy from the shop next door came over to run diagnostics for the check engine light and corrected the issue. Everybody who works for xtreme lube continued to watch and laugh. I didn't taunt or disrespect anyone for them to display as rude as they were this morning. I'd hate to make this a racial issue but that's what it felt like. They are under new management so beware.
