He even had food in a cooler... They 'Dave- I believe' told him he couldn't get anything. He had to pay cash, cause they don't deal with the insurance companies. So we left and had our ins company call them the following Monday, spoke with a female and she told them, that's not true. So ins paid & it did get released. And we had it towed to a different shop. So now we know- Won't ever use them again! And the owner only defends them selves, in all the negative reviews. I wonder how much gets pocketed from their employees.

(not taking any chances.) kept us updated on repairs. great guys, professional, very friendly. great company. any help near forest city arkansas call them!!!!

But he said "I'm gonna help yall out" let 3 of us hop in the tow truck with him took us to his shop unloaded the car and he started checking out the car making sure it was fine not over heating. After he helped us throw the bumper back on he cut the exhaust from one side so it wouldn't hang low and hit gave us water Cokes let us use his bathroom since my buddy wasn't feeling to while that day! Keep in mind all this is at 1:30 am + I believe we left the shop to head back home around 2:30am in the car we hydroplane going 70mph great business and the guy who helped us needs a rise ASAP!! GREAT BUSINESS & GREAT PRICES he only charged us for the towing fee all the work he did to help us get the car back on the road was for free we had a 2h drive back home glad we made it!
