But he said "I'm gonna help yall out" let 3 of us hop in the tow truck with him took us to his shop unloaded the car and he started checking out the car making sure it was fine not over heating. After he helped us throw the bumper back on he cut the exhaust from one side so it wouldn't hang low and hit gave us water Cokes let us use his bathroom since my buddy wasn't feeling to while that day! Keep in mind all this is at 1:30 am + I believe we left the shop to head back home around 2:30am in the car we hydroplane going 70mph great business and the guy who helped us needs a rise ASAP!! GREAT BUSINESS & GREAT PRICES he only charged us for the towing fee all the work he did to help us get the car back on the road was for free we had a 2h drive back home glad we made it! Would recommend this businesses to anyone!

I expressed the need to get back to my vehicle as soon as I was done at work for the day. the wrecker driver assured me I would be picked up and taken to a motel by the joy you place my car was. the driver even made a deal with state police if they took me to my first destination then the wrecker would make sure I was picked up and taken to motel for the night. so I call and get the owner explained what was told and told to contact him let him know where I was and his tone changed said NONO WE DONT GIVE RIDES! We are not a taxi! I understood this and explained situation and that I needed to get my belongings rent a car and go to Texas his reply well sorry good luck to you hope it works out! so this owner is getting paid thousands by insurance and he does not stand on the word of his employees! i am stranded in a town with. O rentals I have no family no way to get to where my vehicle is was assured by this owners employees who assured the state police I would be picked up and taken to my vehicle and a motel did not happen and I am still trying to get to this place somewhere in Arkansas!!! what would u do?
