After our car was repaired perfectly, we drove back, picked it up and traded it equally for the car we had purchased. The Morgans always did an excellent job repairing our vehicles over the years. In addition, we bought a used truck from them around 1994, and we still have it some 27 years later. Back in those days, they also had a gas station. They always treated us with respect and kindness over the many years of knowing them.

I took my son to buy a car for $3000 or less. This was money that he had saved for a car. We asked about one of the cars they had for sale that fit his price range. We then asked if we could look under the hood of said car and try starting it up. The salesman immediately became rude and asked us to show him the color of our money. My son had the money ready to pay for the car but we were in shock and were very offended. We only asked to see the car in better detail. Every other dealership that we had been to were very friendly and were not afraid for us to see what their cars were like. Makes us wonder what was wrong with their cars that they did not want to let us look under the hood and start the car. Needless to say we left. They missed out on makeing a $3000 sale today. But luckily a dealership in Pocatello was able to sell us a very nice car. ( i would not have given them any stars if it wasn't required to submit a post)

They quoted me some prices and said they could get around to it in 2-3 weeks, which seemed unfair. I then found Limitless Electronics (on yelp). They looked at my JL stealth speakers and amplifier for my '17 Tundra and told me several different options that I could do to get the most out of them. They understood that I wanted them installed sooner rather than later, so they arranged to get me in right away. Honestly, I wished I had known they existed before I bought from the online store because (surprisingly) I could have gotten a better deal from limitless - had I just purchased the speakers through them. Anyways. Every major boat and car dealership gets their stuff done by them. They were working on Malibu boats and classic trucks and cars while mine was in the shop for the day. Pretty awesome. Their customer service folks said, "How far are you out? Come on in. We've had an appointment cancellation." The customer service reps Amber and Chris were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. Chris, one of their techs assessed the situation just before his hour long lunch. They ordered the parts, Chris quickly ate lunch (not taking his full lunch break), and immediately repaired our vehicle. When asking some basic questions about the diagnostic work that had been done, I was told by the mechanic himself working on my truck that he was "not that familiar with Diesel trucks." Took me multiple phone calls over multiple days to get a solid answer on what they had done to diagnose my truck. After I was quoted an astronomical amount to do a simple job, I paid for the diag service and I decided to have the vehicle towed away from Ross Diesel. I asked to have the truck locked while outside because it was going to take a couple days (over a weekend) for me to get to it. When I arrived to tow the vehicle, the truck was indeed left unlocked with thousands of dollars of tools inside. They were not thorough while putting my truck back together after disassembly. My fuel bowl was left partially unscrewed, air filter hose was slid onto the turbo but they forgot to tighten it, was just slid onto it. Air filter alone could have cost thousands of dollars in repairs if it had not been caught. I spoke with Ross personally. I understand mistakes happen, and I wanted to attempt to let him know the poor experience I had. If it were my name on the shop I would want to know so I could improve. After being told that I would have had to pay for them to reassemble (an air filter and fuel filter lid?) I was told by him that my truck being in the shop wasted their time, (likely because I elected to not pay the high price tag for a simple repair) and that if I didn't "trust their work, don't come back", and then was hung up on. I would highly recommend taking your vehicles to a shop who can communicate better and do a thorough job.
