You can always speak with a live representative on a Sunday am / PM State Farm Insurance is one of the best insurance companies out here. One of the top Best insurance companies. I can earnestly say , they have there stuff together. Wanting to add they'll even work with you. State Farm Insurance is here to help for sure. You don't have to be vexed about trying to get a bill paid at the last minute on line. I've called & spoke with a live person that didn't mind doing there job. Ready to assist in getting your needs & concerns remedied. State Farm Insurance Company would be the #1 insurance group that I would refer anybody & everybody. They are forgiving and will give a second & 3rd. chance. All true real life experience. I was dropped from my policy for 3 years. Afraid that something would happen before I could get homeowners insurance again. Thanking God nothing happened before I applied again and again. Nobody was able to get me back in, but one company, with State Farm, David Munson office. A great man name Marcio Lopes. They say it's true. I can vouch for truth that God is Almighty & work through people places and things. All truth, I'm truly grateful to be back in good hands & standards with State Farm Insurance. In being a client again, because thus number 1 agency is most definitely all about business. All my experiences with State Farm has been for best benefit. Thanks for taking time out to read how good, David Munson office workers/ employees are on their jobs. Working continued proving greatness. I'm still thanking God everytime, I feared not having my place of residence insured with, State Farm Home Owners Insurance. I was a nervous soul. Praying nothing would go wrong with thus older than myself place of residence, I reside in & pay State Farm to insure. I can now have a piece of mind without worrying about not having proper insurance. That I can say have skin in the game. Years decades on top of decades. Maybe centuries not sure. One of my vehicles disappeared from my policy for several weeks, other vehicles were added briefly, and non-related drivers were added. None of this was Mr. Munson's fault. However, throughout the entire ordeal that spanned two months or so, he never reached out to apologize on behalf of State Farm. As the public-facing representative, he should have made an effort to contact me, apologize and try to make the situation better. Despite being cc'd on several emails over the course of the issues and multiple direct emails from me to him, he never replied or responded once. If he had, I might not have canceled my State Farm auto, home & umbrella policies after 40 years of being a customer. Good job, Mr. Munson, you helped cost State Farm ~$3,000/year. The staff was professional, communicative and did their best to make a bad situation better. Not Mr. Munson. He was completely inept at customer relations.

This is unfortunate because I was happy with them for a while. However, the last few times I've reached out to them for time-sensitive important matters, it took an unreasonable time for them to respond or I would get no response unless I followed up. The service I received from a particular agent from this office most recently was very disappointing. Rather than taking the time to talk to me, give me detail options or give me a quote, she just quickly responded that I'd "probably get a better rate through the insurer my mortgage company is using" - even though my mortgage company highly recommended that I go through my private insurer for better rates. It just felt like the person didn't want to go through the hassle of looking into it or even calling me rather than a quick response via email. This is definitely not what I expect from a State Farm agent. I almost gave up and was just going to go with the crazy high rate for the required supplemental insurance through my lender, but then another State Farm agent reached out from a different office and they were more than happy to call and take the time to look up my options, find out more about my situation and what would work best for me - they were also super nice and made an effort to get to know me and offer me other plans I may want/need in the future without being pushy at all. In the end, this other agent was able to find me a rate that was only 1/3 of what my lender was quoting with much more comprehensive coverage! Anyway, like I said - I was happy with the service from this office the first several years, but I would be wary if you get similar service to what I received within the last year.

A massive tree fell on our house and they didn't do a thing, acted like they couldn't care less and told me to call the 800 number. It's now been 6 weeks and we still don't have a check from all state. My neighbors across the street had major damage the same day and got their check from Geico in a week. I don't know what we pay these people for, and will be switching as soon as we can.

It is so convenient! It is intuitive and a breeze to use for example to report a claim, a cracked windshield, schedule roadside assistance, or virtually anything you need to do to manage or use your policies! For example, driving to Ohio one Thanksgiving, we got a chip in our windshield and I reported it on the app., scheduled a repair at our destination, and received text updates regarding the repair which was fixed either that day or the next day at my Mother-in-law's house in Ohio! It doesn't get much easier than that! We had a nearly totaled automobile damage claim a couple of years ago and the Geico adjuster was so kind, thorough and easy to work with and kept us apprised of everything involving our claim throughout the entire repair process! Each time I have used their roadside assistance, their tow truck guys have always been on time, kind and courteous and have consistently done a great job, be it a lock out of a vehicle, a tire change, or just a "crapped out" vehicle. I've had windshield repairs done at my secure work facility, my home driveway, and my Mom-in-law's house that Geico arranged and paid in full, nearly every time. Their customer service for both automobile insurance and jewelry insurance is beyond kind! Every interaction via phone call has been positive with Geico resolving any confusion or issues each and every time. Their pricing is great, too! We have never been penalized, cost wise, for any claims we have had over the years! I shop our insurance around, especially prior to renewal, and Geico is easy to get quotes as well as being financially stable as they are AM Best rated as A++, or Superior, in terms of financial solvency. My recent experience with GEICO during a claim involving my daughter's (who is a minor) vehicle was…read moreextremely frustrating. Despite providing detailed documentation, timestamped photos, and later video evidence, GEICO repeatedly relied on statements from the repair shop (Douglas Collision Center) that were inconsistent with the actual condition of the vehicle. During the first repair attempt, the shop created new damage to the car and then claimed I caused it. GEICO told me the shop had video proof, which turned out to be untrue. Even after this was clarified, GEICO continued to defer to the shop's statements without requesting any evidence from them or reviewing the photos I offered. The assigned adjuster was dismissive throughout the process and stated that GEICO had "fulfilled their duties" and would not assist further -- even though the dispute centered around damage the repair shop created and a repair process that I had withdrawn authorization for. My written complaint sent on November 13 received no response from her supervisor. Only after taking the car to an independent shop was the full extent of the defective repairs, bumper misalignment, paint flaws, and a missing underbody panel documented and corrected. That independent shop ultimately obtained payment from the original repair facility and Geico for the corrective work, confirming that the issues were not caused by us. My experience included: * GEICO relying on statements from a repair shop that were contradicted by evidence * A failure to investigate disputed facts before making claim decisions * Dismissive communication from the assigned adjuster * No response from the adjuster's supervisor despite written notification * A refusal to assist further even after new damage caused by the repair shop was proven Based on how this claim was handled, I can't recommend GEICO for situations that require careful investigation, fairness, or support when clear evidence contradicts a repair shop's statements.
