It is so convenient! It is intuitive and a breeze to use for example to report a claim, a cracked windshield, schedule roadside assistance, or virtually anything you need to do to manage or use your policies! For example, driving to Ohio one Thanksgiving, we got a chip in our windshield and I reported it on the app., scheduled a repair at our destination, and received text updates regarding the repair which was fixed either that day or the next day at my Mother-in-law's house in Ohio! It doesn't get much easier than that! We had a nearly totaled automobile damage claim a couple of years ago and the Geico adjuster was so kind, thorough and easy to work with and kept us apprised of everything involving our claim throughout the entire repair process! Each time I have used their roadside assistance, their tow truck guys have always been on time, kind and courteous and have consistently done a great job, be it a lock out of a vehicle, a tire change, or just a "crapped out" vehicle. I've had windshield repairs done at my secure work facility, my home driveway, and my Mom-in-law's house that Geico arranged and paid in full, nearly every time. Their customer service for both automobile insurance and jewelry insurance is beyond kind! Every interaction via phone call has been positive with Geico resolving any confusion or issues each and every time. Their pricing is great, too! We have never been penalized, cost wise, for any claims we have had over the years! I shop our insurance around, especially prior to renewal, and Geico is easy to get quotes as well as being financially stable as they are AM Best rated as A++, or Superior, in terms of financial solvency. Thanks, Geico, for years of great service, great value, and great coverage options!

    My recent experience with GEICO during a claim involving my daughter's (who is a minor) vehicle was…read moreextremely frustrating. Despite providing detailed documentation, timestamped photos, and later video evidence, GEICO repeatedly relied on statements from the repair shop (Douglas Collision Center) that were inconsistent with the actual condition of the vehicle. During the first repair attempt, the shop created new damage to the car and then claimed I caused it. GEICO told me the shop had video proof, which turned out to be untrue. Even after this was clarified, GEICO continued to defer to the shop's statements without requesting any evidence from them or reviewing the photos I offered. The assigned adjuster was dismissive throughout the process and stated that GEICO had "fulfilled their duties" and would not assist further -- even though the dispute centered around damage the repair shop created and a repair process that I had withdrawn authorization for. My written complaint sent on November 13 received no response from her supervisor. Only after taking the car to an independent shop was the full extent of the defective repairs, bumper misalignment, paint flaws, and a missing underbody panel documented and corrected. That independent shop ultimately obtained payment from the original repair facility and Geico for the corrective work, confirming that the issues were not caused by us. My experience included: * GEICO relying on statements from a repair shop that were contradicted by evidence * A failure to investigate disputed facts before making claim decisions * Dismissive communication from the assigned adjuster * No response from the adjuster's supervisor despite written notification * A refusal to assist further even after new damage caused by the repair shop was proven Based on how this claim was handled, I can't recommend GEICO for situations that require careful investigation, fairness, or support when clear evidence contradicts a repair shop's statements.

We had issues when someone was at fault and totalled one of our cars, we had issues with the PIP claim, and unfortunately the agent in Texas has not been impressive. Today we realized we made a payment on the SF app for our auto policy; however, we mistakenly put it on one of the life policies in Stephon's office. I immediately called my agent here in Texas, and they told me "there was nothing they could do, maybe I should call the other agent." HELLOOOOO???? WHY NOT HAVE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was very upset and called Stephon's office. I spoke with Bryan who was extremely courteous and let me know a Life Specialist could assist me. AND HERE COMES DONNA CARTWRIGHT to the rescue. I shared my story with Donna, and she immediately advised she would call the Life company and have the payment moved from the policy on the life company to the correct policy on the auto policy.     I've been with Stephon Scriber for since 2012 and I just changed my agent. I don't have any issues…read morewith State Far itself, or really even Mr. Scriber, I've never actually spoken with him and that's the problem. It's extremely difficult to get a hold of his staff and get any customer service. Within the last hour I called his office 3 times to try and move my renter's insurance coverage from my current place to my new place. The first time I called the automated system disconnected me. The second time I called I spoke to a person, who spent 3 minutes looking up my account and then transferred me to another desk where no one picked up and I left a voice mail. And the third time the automated system put me right into a voice mail box. This isn't the first time I've had issues. Adding my landlord's company as a concerned party last year was really challenging as the staff kept getting the names and apartment number wrong. I would choose a different agent.

I contacted a few brokers and Alliance was by far the easiest to deal with and very responsive. After their initial reply to my online inquiry, I emailed back and explained what I was looking for and that I was hoping to get some new coverage as soon as possible. Paul wrote back right away and asked a few basic questions about my business. I responded late that night, and the next day they were able to get me a very reasonable quote, send me an application, and bind coverage in just a few hours, and I didn't even have to pay any portion of the premium upfront in order to get the new policy in place! Alliance set me up on quarterly payments and told me I would receive my first bill in a few weeks. I also had a couple of big contracts I was about to lose without proof of insurance and Cheri was able to generate a COI and send to me right away that same afternoon, which I greatly appreciated. I was very impressed with the fast, friendly and efficient service I received from Alliance and would definitely recommend them to any small business looking to get affordable insurance coverage quickly and without a lot of the red tape and headaches that you usually encounter when applying for a new policy. My policy is up for renewal in which my payments went up drastically. I called this gentleman's establishment in the hopes that I could be explained as to why my rates went up and as to why I was not informed about this hike in my payments, I called this gentleman's office in which I must disclose that the young ladies he has working there have no idea exactly how to answer a phone within a business setting, meaning they lack the understanding of what professionalism is, they lack the understanding of what it means to be customer oriented, even something simple as identifying yourself when someone calls your place of business, I was told the two times that I called that the owner the boss would review my policy and get back to me, that my message would be passed along to this gentleman who goes by the name of Mohammad Bajwa, that call never came, so I decided to call him myself he comes onto the line surprised to hear that I've been waiting days for this man to call me back, that this is wrong, that it should never have happened, but as the conversation continued it became clear and evident of why his staff are the way they are, of why they have no knowledge muchless any comprehension of how to deal with a customer it is because Mohammad Bajwa lacks this knowledge and understanding his self, so how can the people who work under you be any different when it is the leader who sets the tone and the bar. He got very disrespectful and just plainly stated "it is just business, deal with it" I was highly offended and felt very disrespected. It is clear and evident that he has no regards for his clients the ones who put the money in his pockets. How can we expect anything different when this can't even return a simple call to his client explaining why the rates went up, so for me this man his workers and his business get 0 stars from me. I cancelled my insurance with All state in writing. 9 months later they still had me in…read morethe system and sent me a notice saying "they cancelled" my insurance due to non-payment and I owe them $1,142.00 thus affecting my credit. Mr. Mohammed corresponded with me but apparently he never cancelled my insurance for his own personal reasons. Do not buy insurance from this 14th street location. These people are no good.
