I could not believe how low the quote was that he gave me for a white gold ring resize. I was also happy to find out that they have promotions going on for extra percentage off of different social media platforms. I sent my husband in almost 3 weeks later to mention the quote and conversation and Roberto immediately remembered our message details! That is excellent customer service! He took the ring and had it sized in a few business hours. I expected him to try to upsell us into paying for a rhodium plating because my husband's ring is a few years old, and he did not even mention it. (All of the other jewelers that I contacted mentioned it, and I get rather annoyed when other businesses push something onto you for more money that isn't necessary.) When he got the ring back, it looked fantastic! It did not even need the plating! They cleaned it up and shined it and it fit perfectly! I don't want to show a before picture because it was pretty bad, but the after pics look like we just bought it out of the display case. Roberto has won me over!!!!

The customer service is consistently top-notch. I picked up a Tudor FXD from them brand new, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I also sold them a vintage Rolex, and they were very fair with their offer. I combined that with some of my own money to purchase the Tudor, and I couldn't be happier with how everything worked out. The store itself is clean and welcoming. On hot days they even offer cold water, which is a small touch but says a lot about how they treat their customers. Their selection of pre-owned watches is excellent--plenty of great pieces to look through. I haven't spent much time on the jewelry side, but the watch selection alone is worth the visit. If the sales lady was upfront about taking the extra metal and keeping it, I wouldn't be upset, but due to the fact that she waved me off and made me think my ask was reasonable, then gaslit me after, I lost a part of an important heirloom to my family.

Regardless it's old so I wanted to give Yelp an update on my experience here. These guys are contracted by Gordon's Jewelry shops when it comes to plans and resizing. I had my very expensive engagement ring worked on by them. The resize was perfect. The cleaning was very well done and the polishing was okay. I also had a family heirloom worked on for cleaning and possible replacing diamond chips that were in it as well as a resize. It came out perfect. There wasn't any stones missing either - they did a great job on it and I was thrilled to be able to wear a ring given to me 25 years prior, for the very first time (as it never fit). The cost for the last ring I had sized down was $25. They finished it in 30min (which is about average for resizing with them) and looked 100 times better than when I brought it in. So after 3 rings and 3 separate trips here (2 made by my fiancé) I will have to say these guys are very nice and do great work and deserved to have an update to their tarnished name on Yelp (okay some pun was intended lol by you get my drift). The mall is insanely creepy. I heard the stories about it being the mall where some teenager was shot many many years ago and I assume slowly and surely over the years people have pulled their businesses out from it. There are still some shops in there and top brands to pick from. They have a few choices of places to eat and I only stayed on the first floor of it but I am sure there were more upstairs. The bathrooms need some work! Overall the jewelry repair shop is 5 stars and the mall is 2 and only because the shop I needed was in there and because they have the only bridal shop near by that had a dress I was once looking for available to try on or order from. I hope this review provides everyone needing quality craftsmanship for jewelry repair, sizing and cleaning a chance to keep it local and helps improve their likelihood of obtaining new clients because I think they deserve the business.

Tommy Bahama waterproof watch, cracked the crystal while waiting on the Victorinox and what did they do? they certainly didn't get a TB crystal...they ground down the circumference of a crystal that was about a third as thick as the original crystal so the circumference fit then tried to pass it off as good as new..uhh the thickness was for the water pressure dips.......no go no mo
