I contacted the company about my garage door opener that wouldn't open. They replied and came out quickly, which was great. They diagnosed the problem, made the fix along with a few other routine maintenance things like tightening the spring and relocating a few misaligned rollers. Soon after they left, the problem returned. I contacted the company and they sent one of the same techs out the next morning who took one look and told me the unit was shot and a new replacement was needed. Now, I was looking at a complete unit replacement after a repair that hadn't solved the problem. I contacted the office manager and she told me she would get back to me. Several days passed and I had to reach out again to request a solution. I proposed paying for the additional work they had done on the door itself and a refund for the failed repair but was denied and offered only a small discount on a new unit installation. I restated my concern but received no further replies. Unfortunately, the initial visit was very promising, but the company was not interested in solving my issue or "Guaranteeing Satisfaction" as their website states. read more

Laura answered the phone right away and was very communicative the afternoon that I called, giving me price ranges and speaking very knowledgeably about the types of doors, fixes, and so on. Chris & Mike came out early the next morning and didn't just give a quote, but got it completely fixed on the spot. They were pleasant, matter-of-fact, and completed the spring conversion in 45 minutes. I had first gotten a quote from Cedar Park Overhead Doors, who has been our go-to for garage door work. Just to do my due diligence, I found All Garage Doors on Yelp to get a second quote. When AGD's quote came in at 33% less, I felt confident enough to try them out based on positive Yelp reviews and Chris' 20+ year work in the garage door business, including installing wood garage doors with the aforementioned Cedar Park Overhead Doors (which is a great company that I've been happy with, just costs more). If you're in the market for a new garage door, AGD's quote came in at 10% less than CPO and with a better R rating (insulation) door. Payment was by cash or check. I called for a service to fix the wall mount for one of our garage door inoperable. And Lauren was very helpful and was able to send Chris to our house the same day. Chris was very knowledgeable and knew what was wrong with our garage door not working. He actually had to replace the mother board and it corrected the problem. I called All Garage Doors, LLC over the first weekend in April and requested a service call for the following week because my door would not close completely. To my surprise, they had an appointment available on Monday, the day of the Great Eclipse. Chris and Leerick showed up on time and quickly got to work putting the cable back on, serviced the door (cleaned and lubricated, etc.) and repeatedly tested it. They also relocated the photo eyes on the second door so it would open and close properly. The charge for the service was quite fair and came with a 90-day warranty on the labor performed. About two days later, the main door started acting up again. Chris and Leerick came back without delay, reset the opener device and made some adjustments. No charge. The problem reappeared a couple of days later and the guys were did not seem to be bothered that I had to ask them to return once again. No charge. Chris told me that the real problem might actually be the garage door opener device itself and he suggested that, if I have issues again, I could buy a specific opener locally, told me where to find a good price and said that they would come back in and install it for me for $200. Because I feel like All Garage Doors, LLC treated me so fairly in trying to resolve this problem, if I have problems again they will be the first people I reach out to. My garage door opener died. I put a request in Sun Night and got a call back about 10 mins later at almost 9pm. We got an appt set up for Tues it was their first available. Regrettably, I let some else come out to take a look which cost me $59 to only be told need a new opener we can do it for another $800. I went out got an opener waited till Tues got a call when he was in his way (Killeen to Cedar park) told him I found opener needs to be replaced he gave me a quote over the phone (which I could get no one else to do) I said the deal, he showed up on time and got to work. We lost electricity for a few hours during a recent evening storm. The next morning we discovered our garage doors weren't working due to a lack of power.
