This place is very raw and industrial and is more for artists and like metal shop or construction type companies, not professionals to use the space. It is basically an old warehouse turned into offices and small spaces for, what it looks like crafters and artists and not much else. The office I was in was freezing during the winter, the ceiling leaked all over my desk and the entire place is drafty and just not a nice place to work out of. As I mention in my profile, this is my opinion of course and not sure what I was expecting for the price I paid but this was not it.

If you have a boat, you have to keep it somewhere and we have belonged to a few of the local marinas since moving to the South Shore. While many may be fancier than this, Metropolitan Yacht Club, hands down has been the friendliest marina we've belonged to. Although we only joined this year, we have already met a host of lovely boaters of all kinds. The club hosts several dinners and events throughout the season in the large clubhouse where the function room can also be rented for your own private party. The facilities are comfortable and come equiped with everything you might need,showers, bathrooms, washer/dryer. The dock spaces are great and there are moorings as well. People have gone out of their way to welcome us and we've enjoyed hanging out at the dock just as much as actually taking the boat out for a ride. We look forward to continued great seasons of boating and having fun at this club.

When you enter it has a consetions stand with popcorn and drinks and I believe it also has ones with alcohol but don't take my word for it as I only drink soda. It has various events throughout the year, so for example years ago on Valentine's we went there to watch the princess bride. Anytime it has something I think I'd watch, i get tickets. Pricier than the cinema for plays but the production values make it with the admission price.
