Why would you have to pay to park when they're already charging you like $2600 for a 2 bedroom paper thin wall apartment. They're taking serious advantage of residents. They DO NOT care about your health or the health of your child because if they did nobody would be dealing with cockroaches, mice, or fruit flies. Nobody would have to wait weeks after reporting the issue. And finally, 3 cars were stolen out of the complex last night. One of them is my daughter's vehicle. She and her husband who work their asses off just to live there is so troubling to me. They have a baby and should not have to deal with all this shit for what they're paying. Hey Commons, want to charge fees for residents cars? Then hire a security company! My daughter and her family should feel safe for what they pay you! You're money hungry and do not care what happens to the people that have no choice but to live there because they can't afford to move. If you're gonna charge parking fees you should be responsible when cars are stolen out of there.
