I was accused of many false allegations by a person with mental issues who simply couldn't be reasoned with. My accuser refused mediation with a court appointed lawyer, and then refused mediation again with a private attorney I hired. My accuser lied through her teeth about me in court documents she filed, cunningly using legal mechanisms to harass me, even though I made it extremely clear I absolutely wanted nothing to do with her. Despite providing ample evidence, he basically kept speaking over me and consistently telling me the opposite. He also kept sarcastically showing false sympathy and just wanted information like a Gossip instead of a real Lawyer. He also seemed like he wanted me to lose my job and couldn't seem to either understand cause and effect or just made fun of my very real predicament with sexual harassment, libel, hacking and white collar crime. He couldn't summarize and began the conversation with confusion and ended with talking over me when I tried to disconnect and hang up. I asked the firm to not contact me.
