We had never heard of this store until my husband was doing a search on Facebook for places that had sofas for RVs. I had recently had surgery, and needed a sofa, or two chairs, that had electric foot rests. It needed to be a specific size for our camper. When we met Lucas, he really was listening to what we wanted. I was using a walker, and he was so kind to make sure I was comfortable. He showed us so many options, and dragged them to electric outlets so we could try them out. He answered all of our questions and really knew the products. We ended up buying a new sofa and two chairs for our camper. They were exactly what we needed. We were able to go home and pick up our trailer to pick up our items. We also wandered around the store a lot and found so many things that we were happy to see that they carried. Those weird parts that are hard to find, fun items that you don't need, but really want, and other things we didn't know we needed or wanted. We will definitely be returning to the store. Lucas, thank you for being amazing, and dealing with people who had very specific needs.

Went to see Joe in the service department and he was great. My Tow Vehicle had an inoperative…read moreelectronic towing light module that I had purchased last year at another dealer out of state. I did not have an appointment but Joe came out and tested my toe vehicle and diagnosed it as a defective box. He sold me a custom electronic box made for my vehicle. I thought it was going to be really expensive and time consuming to install. But Joe walked me through the install and when I got home it only took 20 min to install. The module was Plug & Play. It was really quality and was only $44. I was amazed at the customer service and the quality of the parts I purchased. Now my family can go camping tomorrow without the stress of wondering if the camper rear lights are working. I think Hanna Trailer is awesome. I'll be back!!

We brought in our 2004 Ford Thor Hurricane to replace the leveling jacks. We were told a price of…read more$3,000. We left our RV at this place for them to complete the work and were told it would be a few weeks. As the weeks turned into months and summer had completely passed, I finally told this place we were coming back to pick up the RV to take it to a different mechanic. The next day, I received a call saying that the parts came in overnight and the work was now completed. We paid more than $3,000 because they completed an oil change and replaced a door lock so it was over $3,500 that I paid. I drove the RV all the way to Southern California and started setting it up when the jacks immediately failed. The same jacks that Hanna claimed to have fixed and charged us $3,000 never worked. This place lied and stole our money. They never fixed the jacks but yet had the nerve to steal our $3,000. These people are straight thieves and liars. I called and spoke to the owner. Him and a guy named Mark completely ripped us off and stole $3,000 from my family. We worked hard for that money you thieves. What gives you the right to steal from people?
