We brought in our 2004 Ford Thor Hurricane to replace the leveling jacks. We were told a price of $3,000. We left our RV at this place for them to complete the work and were told it would be a few weeks. As the weeks turned into months and summer had completely passed, I finally told this place we were coming back to pick up the RV to take it to a different mechanic. The next day, I received a call saying that the parts came in overnight and the work was now completed. We paid more than $3,000 because they completed an oil change and replaced a door lock so it was over $3,500 that I paid. I drove the RV all the way to Southern California and started setting it up when the jacks immediately failed. The same jacks that Hanna claimed to have fixed and charged us $3,000 never worked. This place lied and stole our money. They never fixed the jacks but yet had the nerve to steal our $3,000. These people are straight thieves and liars. I called and spoke to the owner. Him and a guy named Mark completely ripped us off and stole $3,000 from my family. We worked hard for that money you thieves. What gives you the right to steal from people? read more

I would give "0" stars if I could, they have my RV since august, still didn't start the break job. I told them I had a budget and typical mechanic trying to screw you over. They went over my budget....6k for brakes and tires. They wanted 3000 before they would start, this was end of September. I called for a updated mid October and the guy said it'll be done next week, and there theres no problems so it'll stay at the 6k.....It's November 1st and they didn't even start it, his excuse was can get it in cause others are trying to get things don't before winter.....are u Fucking kidding me, I have my RV since AUGUST!!! The service dept rocks, I own a hauling company and brought a trailer into Hanna for some immediate repairs. Mark the service manager, and John his sales associate, made the job a priority for the service dept. Went to see Joe in the service department and he was great. My Tow Vehicle had an inoperative electronic towing light module that I had purchased last year at another dealer out of state. I did not have an appointment but Joe came out and tested my toe vehicle and diagnosed it as a defective box. He sold me a custom electronic box made for my vehicle. I thought it was going to be really expensive and time consuming to install. But Joe walked me through the install and when I got home it only took 20 min to install. The module was Plug & Play. It was really quality and was only $44. I was amazed at the customer service and the quality of the parts I purchased. Now my family can go camping tomorrow without the stress of wondering if the camper rear lights are working. I think Hanna Trailer is awesome. I'll be back!! read more

Beware I ordered a Atwood Refrigerator Vent Cover off their website. At the time it had a picture and it was exactly what I was looking for. When it came in the mail, it was an entirely different name brand. The name brand was Dometic. Comparing the prices between the two Atwood was $47.00 vs $20.00 for Dometic. When I called to clear up the miscommunication. The Customer Service Agent said if I pay for the shipping to ship it back, they would refund me my money for the product. They could not even take ownership of their mistake. I feel I was a part of a bait-and-switch. I will never order from this company again and I would advise you to do the same. read more

Ordered two RV replacement windows from Hanna, first time ive used them. To begin with; the windows shipped three days late. Annoying in that I had to reschedule plans, but small issue overall. Second; the windows came in a box with a couple pieces of bubblewrap layed ontop. They werent wrapped or protected in any way so of course they were damaged. Third; there were no clamp rings to install them. It may be I didnt realize that when I ordered, but I did talk to a guy at the company and asked if this was all I needed and he assured me it was. Likely never use these guys again. Poor execution all around. read more

VERY RUDE. I placed an order with Hanna Trailer & RV for traction mats and ski guides for our snowmobile trailer. They shipped them to me but forgot to include the installation screws. When I inquired about them, I was told they would be shipped out. I received a tracking number that was estimating that I would receive the replacement screws about 2.5 weeks after I placed my initial order. I sent an email to ask why they weren't expedited since the company made the error of not shipping them. My email was ignored for 2 days and when I sent an additional email asking for a response, I received an email that stated "We were not interested in paying UPS $95.78 to expedite some screws. Sorry for the inconvenience. " The screws did arrive today (2 business days before the estimated delivery date), however, the rude comments were really inappropriate and very unappreciated. I will not be supporting this business again. read more

I need to warn people about this place. I got a tow hitch and tow base placed on my RV and SUV. When I went back to have them show me how to connect my SUV, I found out that my car couldn't be towed at all! It's a fixed 4-wheel drive and they had the vehicle for an ENTIRE day and still put a tow base on it thinking it was towable. When I got upset, Mark (the owner) yelled at me saying it was my fault. How unprofessional! I had to buy a NEW car just so I could get it towed by my RV. It was such a pain in the ass because I was leaving town in less than 2 weeks! And when I went to another tow place to help me with the hitch, the owner said I needed to have a separate braking system for my car so that it wouldn't collide into my RV. Mark (from Hanna) failed to mention that and he could've set me off on a dangerous journey if it wasn't for John from Master Truck and Trailer to my rescue. So far this disastrous experience has costed me more money and extra time (because I had to buy a new car) and I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you are VERY desperate. Stay CLEAR! read more

Should have known the exchange was going to bad when they pick up and just say "service", no thank you for calling...... my name is..... how can I help you. The rest of the call was awkward and almost didn't seem like they had a formal process for service intake. Could be they do great trailer service but just poor customer service. Was looking to buy a used trailer that Paul Downs was selling. I called and spoke to him a couple of times and asked questions about a used trailer. Paul did answer questions and ask to put money down to hold it until I arrived there that afternoon. As soon as I was going to pay for it he told me that he was not going to sell me the trailer and I ask way to many questions and the trailer was not right for me and hung up the phone. My friend called him a few hours later and asked the same questions I did and Paul seamed to not have a problem with that so I gave him the money to purchase the trailer for me and we went and picked it up that afternoon. I will say that is not how you do business not letting your customers ask questions. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dropped off camper for service. After 2 weeks and 3 phone calls the service dept finally returned my call only to inform me that they still have not looked at it. The following Monday I received a call telling me that they looked at 2 out of the 3 problems and gave me a price quote that had a $300 variable. When I inquired about the 3rd issue, service person stated "Oh, yeah, I didn't even look at that". I told service person that I will be picking up my camper due to feeling uncomfortable about the repairs. I explained that I would not be able to pick it up until after business hours that day (30 minute drive from my home). Service person stated no problem and we made arrangements on where the camper would be parked. Upon arriving at Hanna, after a 30 minute drive, we discovered that the camper was in a locked building with no way of getting it out. When I called the next morning, service person stated "oh, well I didn't think you meant last night." After expressing my unhappiness, he stated "sorry". When I inquired who was in charge, service person stated "The owner is in charge and he's not here today" and he hung up on me. I had to call back to find the name and number of the owner. Due to Hanna having my camper for so long during the peak season I found a new repair place but it will not be ready for my annual family camping trip! We took our truck & trailer in for some basic maintenance on the trailer and a new brake controller on the truck. We were called with an estimate of $400, but when we went to pick it up, we were told the final bill was over $700!!! It was then explained to us that the truck and trailer were written up on different tickets. We felt like paying them $400 in cash and $300 in monopoly money. We'll never go there again. read more
