I have a 2014 JKU Altitude edition that had death wobble that would loosen your fillings. I took it to 2 different "Jeep" shops & replaced the steering stabilizer & miscellaneous parts & it wouldn't go away. I took it to Rick's shop (Willy's World) & he fixed the death wobble....The 1st TIME!!! Fair price too! I have recommended this shop many times. read more

Communication is horrible! Lots of dates promised for completion of job and not even a call to say it wouldn't. I had to do all the calling and they never answer the phone so it was a very difficult. And that's not event the worst my jeep was scratched in many places where they worked putting fenders on. wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, my boyfriend spent 10k on parts, brought his jeep in for work, ric had it for a month and picked it up with nothing done, with every excuse in the book. said i would be refunded, NEVER WAS, had to take him to court and only had 3k in his company account, hmmmm he knew he was going to get it taken, so i beleive he took most of it out, only got 3k back after 2 years, still owes me over 6k, place is a rip! and a joke! read more

I was returning a trailer I rented to a business when all of a sudden I hear a loud scary grinding and scraping coming from underneath my SUV. I pulled over as soon as I could to see what happened. When I realized that one of my rear shocks broke I knew I was in a jam. I was on a road but in front of a business called Willys World Customers. As I pulled out my jack to see if I could fix/repair or whatever, a specialist from Willys World came over and asked if I needed any help. I was relived that someone who wasn't even a customer of theirs was willing to give my wife, daughter, and I a hand! Tyler asked me to pull my SUV to in front of his business doors to see if he could get us on our way.. After jacking up our car, removing the rear wheel, he put the shock back on but needed to rethread where the bolt that was missing goes.. He did, spent a good 3 hours helping us, even making two trips to the parts stores to get the right parts. Ric, the owner, came over to say that Tyler was getting the right parts and he explained what had to be done to get this right. Both these guys went over and beyond what I would expect a busy business to do, but seeing I was in a jam they proceeded to get us on our way! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY Rick is a con man and will put your life at risk. I sent him a 2018 Jeep to build and after 30 days had nothing but headaches. Mid way though the build he was kick out of his current build for not paying is rent. I was never told this and had to track him down to find my Jeep. The Jeep was built wrong and a bracket on the front axle broke almost killing my wife, all because Rick has no clue what he is doing. Place is great, guys have great experience in customizing Jew wrangler and other trucks, Rick is awesome he gave me a great discounts that I would not find anywhere else, met ricks partner Paul who showed us his truck and how he customized it,The guy that worked my truck was great working on changing my headlights and it took him not that much time, he knew what he was doing and gave me advices about what I need, a lady working there too (Jasmin) was telling us how she customized her truck and shows us how fun it is to go off-roading, love the place and will be there next Saturday for customer appreciation that they have.
