It was the Waukesha Sheriff Deputy that called Express Towing for us. Tim arrived on scene and immediately got to work assessing the job, helping us figure out how to get home and making sure we stayed safe on the side of the highway. In the end Tim took us to a nearby hotel and waited while we checked for a vacancy. Before he left he gave us a run down on what we needed to do and the things that would be put in motion over the next few days. The next day we met him at the tow yard to get some things from the car and he was just as helpful and friendly as the night before. When I called to report the accident to my insurance company they specifically said that we were working with one of the best tow companies in the area. I couldn't agree more.

He was unable to remove the lug nuts from my vehicle because he did not have the proper tools for the job. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, he became frustrated and directed his attitude toward me. At one point, he said, "You know what? I don't have to be here," and then left without resolving the issue or offering an alternative solution. I understand that some roadside situations can be challenging, but customers should still be treated with respect. A professional technician should arrive with the appropriate equipment or, at the very least, communicate respectfully if they are unable to complete the job. I called Richlonn's tire and service, they said we can send a tow truck to pick it up right away. The tow service they use is Speedy Peedy and I can see why. The tow truck and its operator were first-rate. The driver couldn't have been nicer nor done a better job of hooking the car up and pulling it onto the flatbed truck. My car, actually it's a truck based SUV, is all-wheel drive and the driver said don't worry it won't be a problem and it wasn't. He ratcheted all points of the car down, and it was good to go. It turned out to be a fuel pump that went bad, thankfully it was fixed very quickly.

As I was arriving the tow truck called me and I had told the driver I see him parked in my drive way and I am pulling up. He did not respond on the phone but instead hung up on me and drove off. I immediately called the driver and he told me aggressively that his company does not offer the service I needed... which was a tow... I thought this company specialized in towing... Coming from fixing my own vehicles to now not and relying on others to help, this establishment has left an unsettling taste in my mouth. Fix your phone problem then, be sure to ask if you can toss what isn't yours, be clear on parts being replaced.
