More recently, I had a chance to meet the third co-founder, Odra, also from Venezuela. She is a university professor, journalist and life coach. Together, all three of them complement each other perfectly. Soy Más in Spanish means I am More, which is appropriate since they provide personal development training and coaching, specifically focused in communication, at no cost to attendees. They offer a six-week program focused on personal purpose, identity, positive mindset, assertive and effective communication. It is the only organization in Tulsa offering these kind of courses 100% in Spanish. They also offer special workshops on specific topics. I attended one focused on speaking in public without fear. The session was fun, dynamic, engaging, and practical. It was held at Tulsa Tech campus on Memorial, which is a beautiful facility. Each attendee received worksheets to take notes and work on activities throughout the session.
